「とてもフレンドリーで親切なサービスでした。宿泊客が快適に過ごせるよう、あらゆる努力を惜しまない方々です。廊下の端の部屋をリクエストしたところ、快く対応してくれました。朝食はボリューム満点で、ほとんどの人が満足できるでしょう。ただ、温かい料理を日替わりで提供すれば、連泊するゲストも少し変化を楽しめると思います。 2025年7月の開業からわずか6ヶ月でこれだけの成果を上げている経営陣は、誇りに思うべきでしょう。」

「ポルトに到着すると、列車のストライキと、ポルトガルとスペインでは100年に一度の停電に遭遇しました。ホテルのチェックインは手動で行われ、電気も水道もありませんでした。これはホテル側の責任ではありませんでしたが。 ホテルは他のヨーロッパのホテルと同様にこぢんまりとしており、スリッパと電気ケトルが用意されていました。 当初は1階の騒音を心配していましたが、防音対策は十分でした。 ホテルは駅から歩いて15分、観光スポットからも約15分です。」

「Just far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport. We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!! The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it. Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room. I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend」
