「ホテルの立地は最高です。部屋はとても広くてゆったりしています。ジャグジー付きの部屋を選びましたが、ジャグジーがあるためシャワーブースがなく、トイレ周りのスペースが狭く換気が悪かったです。この2つが大きな欠点です。通りは非常に混雑していて、石畳の道は歩きにくかったです。」

Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.」
