「I and my father came to Ranong for some errands and wanted to try staying somewhere new for a change. This hotel is located in the city centre, making it very convenient for getting around, and it also offers parking, which is why I decided to stay at The Galla. However, upon check-in, we found that the air conditioner wasn’t working. After putting up with the heat for about half an hour, we decided to inform the staff. The hotel sincerely apologised for the inconvenience and immediately offered to move us to the new room, or provide a full refund if we preferred to move to another place. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they handled the situation. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Ranong」

「This was my second stay at the hotel, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very convenient to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. One downside is that the soundproofing in the room could be improved, as noise can be heard at times. On a positive note, the hotel offers complimentary tea, coffee, snacks, and bananas at the lobby, which is a nice touch. Overall, it’s a good stay and I would consider coming back again.」

「Отличный небольшой отель в центре Ранонга. Номер был чистый, просторный, белье чистое, завтрак достаточный. Очень гостеприимный хозяин и сотрудники. В Делюксе окно было во внутренний двор, но если просто переночевать, то не проблема.」

「街の中心部からは少し離れていますが、近くにスーパーや大衆食堂が何軒かあるので不便ではないです。 ホテルは住宅地に在るので、環境は良いですね。 スタッフは親切、英語で対応してくれます。 ランドリーサービスも有ります。 またラノーンに行ったら、このホテルに泊まります」

「Das Hotel liegt in einer tollen Lage, mitten in Ranong. Auf dem Dach gibt's ein Pool in einem kleinen Dachgarten. Die Zimmer sind creativ gestaltet. Das Hotelzimmer ist ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber ich komme seit Jahren immer wieder gerne zurück. Ein Nachteil gibt es, manche Zimmer haben eine laute aircon. Preis Leistung ist für die Ausstattung spitze.」
