「電気のないホテルに泊まるのは、部屋が暗く、ヒーターもないので少し心配でしたが、私の経験は期待以上でした。旧市街の一角、あらゆるものの真ん中という完璧なロケーションです。部屋は快適で、絵に描いたように美しく、暖かかったです (ヒーターを手配しました)。スタッフは親切で、気配りがあり、とても助かりました。レストランの食事はおいしかったです。これ以上良い宿泊施設は望めません。」

「チェックイン時に少し問題が発生しました（Trip.comの予約がキャンセルされたと認識されていたため）が、約30分で解決してくれました。ロケーションはユニークで、自然が美しく、人里離れたプライベートな場所にあります。サービスは素晴らしかったです。唯一予想外だったのは天気です。風が強く、夜は凍えるほど寒くなります。」

「The most amazing place to stay in Al Ula, especially if you wants to enjoying true Glamping Pod experience with, it was an amazing experience walking in the farm, having fresh oranges and guavas, limes & Barrie's grape fruit, mountain climbing, buggy riding and stars gazing in the night.  The restaurant is just basic but the chef cooked delicious breakfast with yummiest cappuccino to kick start a perfect day, special thanks to Mr. Youssef, he is indeed a great person and one man army who will go an extra mile to make your stay extra special and unforgettable, will definitely stay here again if we got the chance to visit Al ULa again.」
