シティ レジデンス シェル(City Residence Chelles)

Chambre vétuste, le système de carte pour le parking et la chambre fonctionne une fois sur deux. Le personnel de ménage nous a mis dehors a 10h40 alors que le check out c'est 11h. Les commun ne sont pas très propre et le premier étage pue la cigarette. Les escaliers pue l'urine, manque de peinture au sol et au mur et ne sont vraiment pas propre du tout. Le personnel n'a pas de discours cohérent concernant la restitution de la caution. Petit déjeuner assez cher pour le contenu, pas de charcuterie, fruit, fromage. A disposition croissant, paint, céréales, yaourt compote. Il manque un arrêt minute le temps d'aller chercher la carte pour la chambre et le parking.

One started roll of toilet paper was all that was provided. Lumpiest pillow I have ever seen. Secure car park gates were left open on many occasions during my stay. Cheap and convenient for where I needed to be.

The price of the hotel and the proximity from Disney was reasonable. The hotel was 20-25 mins away from Disneyland Paris. The hotel attendant was super helpful and friendly however I did not expect to pay for parking or city tax. Additionally, you will be charged for a 30 Euro fee if the room is not properly cleaned or the trash is not taken out. The hotel’s property outside and inside was not clean. I was disappointed to find that this hotel did not have AC, the shower is extremely small and dangerously high to step in and out of. However, the kitchen was really convenient and useful.

Awful stay , worst hotel I have ever used UNSAFE UNCLEAN - DO NOT USE - STAY AWAY

Nothing particular bad to say about the property however also nothing great to say, the only issue we had was that their room key machine wasn’t working so we had to be let into our room each time we went back to the hotel.

I only stayed for two nights before my flight but during that time I received really friendly service and was able to walk to anywhere in Chelles I needed to go. If you don't really feel like walking than there are a few restaurants right near bye. Good location, good accomodations.

False advertisement of apar**ent rooms are deteriorating and smell of unclean its in the air.Not once they cleaned my room!staff not polite at all. Rude they refused to understand you even when on their add say they speak Portuguese and English. Ants and cockroaches will join you. Worst place I ever stayed in my life not recommended.Sou Portuguesa e falo English fluente e sempre mantiveram a mesma resposto não percebo o que dizes?palhaçada porque têm disponibilizado na Internet que falam essas duas linguas quando é mentira.As fotos disponibilizadas na Internet deve de ser de algum apartamento que esta fechado a 7 chaves so serve para display 😄 oh The only good yhing about this place ifs 20min from Disneyland!

The hotel is very dirty and the room absolutely disgusting! I couldn’t get in contact with the managers cause i had to leave after first night but i ve booked for 4 night! Still waiting for refund but no one get back to me so far! i left the key at the reception and the girl gave me a number to call , no one picked up
