I have been coming to the Zug/Baar region for business for 20 years and managed to avoid staying at this hotel, until tonight. Unfortunately, all the other hotels were booked out in town. Let's hope i never have to stay here again. One of the single worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs. Room is not clean, tiny, dity, bed not comfortable....the list goes on. Just avoid at all costs. I am a seasoned traveler and surprised Accor let this hotel operate. This should be closed down immediately.

Stayed for a couple of nights on a business trip. Room was great, spacious and modern. Only downside is the reception is only manned until about 10.45-11.00 at night, so if you are arriving late you need to check in at the sister hotel around the corner. Bar was pricey but I think that’s just Switzerland! Breakfast was good, enough options, but kind of spread out over the dining area. The hotel offers large umbrellas to borrow at reception which was a bonus. It is well located, easy access to the train station and city.

I was very pleased with my stay here. The hotel is thoroughly modern and comfortable by American standards. Rooms are large with comfortable bed and lots of light. European plugs abound just bring your converter. Hotel is extremely quiet so no problem taking a nap after long flight or getting a good night rest. Restaurant is very pretty and breakfast quite pleasant and not crazy expensive for Swiss. Will happily return next time business brings me here. Winter view from my room shown.
