We went from cold snowy UK to sunny Marina suites and was absolutely wonderful.. The room is spacious and the cleanliness is outstanding, our maid was very friendly and made us cute patterns with our clothes on the beautiful queen size bed.. We paid for a select room above the sixth floor which for the view over the marina was worth it, we were in room 822.. The infinity pool is the best hotel pool I’ve been in, also plenty of sun beds to go around.. The pool bar was open everyday and all the staff were extremely friendly and polite especially Ivan he seemed to look after us most of the time.. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and fab food, we also went to the BBQ on a Monday evening again great value and fab food, but do need to book.. We found the hotel easy accessible, most others seem to be up hundreds of steps but marina suites is flat and 5 mins walk to some of the restaurants including a great Irish bar.. Overall a great holiday and hopefully we’ll be back.. Only 1 negative was we had to come home after 10 relaxing days in the sunshine, thanks Marina Suites you were great

Spotless clean, great pool area with loungers and umbrellas but I think you'd struggle in the high season to get a sunbed. It is a bit of a steep hill to get to but only 5 euros in a taxi. Would definitely go back, we were self catering which was great as plenty places nearby to eat. The menu for half board really didn't look that great a choice so definitely best to eat elsewhere. Otherwise can't fault it

私たちは今ここにいます アパートメントは非常に大きなバルコニー(アップグレードの支払い)、2つのサンラウンジャー、テーブルと2つの椅子があり、すべて非常にモダンです。 、屋上プールは再びすべてのモダンなラウンジャーと背中に2つのバリサ4つのポスターベッドがあります。マリーナの景色は素晴らしく(選択を参照)、これらは自炊式のアパートです。キッチンには 2 つのリング、トースター、やかん、冷蔵庫、エアコン、大きなシャワー/トイレがあり、彼と彼女のシンク/洗面台が二重あります。バーやレストランはありませんが、プエルトリコが提供するすべてのビジネスまで下り坂で10分歩くことができます。(タクシーを4ユーロ戻す)フロントと3/4レセプションのスタッフがさまざまなシフトをしているため、常に誰かが何かを尋ねようとしています。特にイエス(ハジュース)を非常に受け入れています。勤勉なメイドは日曜日を除いて毎日来ます。新鮮なタオルなど。また、ビーチタオルはそれぞれ10ユーロの返金可能なデポジットで利用でき、必要に応じて毎日新鮮なものに交換できます。大人だけなので静かですが、とにかく私たちはしばらく彼女でした。私はためらうことなく戻ってきます。「景色」とモダンでとてもきれいなものがあれば、

    I stayed at this wonderful apartment hotel from 12.12.24 till 19.12 24.in fact I am still here. But I wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were great and cleaned regularly and the balcony was so big.The food I have enjoyed and so much choice.The staff have all been brilliant and very helpful and friendly I would just like to give a special mention to the people in the dining room they went out of there way to be there for me and all the diners Frederico, Very, Alona,Joanna,Pablo, Raimon, and all the chefs in the kitchen they are a credit to the hotel.Also a mention for all the housekeeping lady's that cleaned my room and others. For a new hotel and modern hotel I have to say we were very disappointed with the cleaning in our room it was so dirty and dust everywhere in the room , it was like it was never deep cleaned , marks all over the walls , net curtains dirty , dust in every corner of the room and on skirting boards , had to ask for our bins to be emptied even tho we have the make up our room sign on the door everyday not what we expected for the amount of money spent to stay at this hotel we even treated ourselves to the room with the whirl pool and that didn’t get washed down once in our 12 night stay we had to wash it ourselves with sponges to use it as it gets dusty and dirty from being outdoors which is a bit of a pain after being out all day and just wanting to come back and use it and relax. Pool area was stunning and plenty of sun beds around and also the pool bar was reasonably priced and staff weee friendly. Our flight got cancelled coming home and we asked reception was there any availability to keep us on for another night , we were willing to take any room option and be quoted us €420 for one night ! Even after staying there 12 nights prior to this. We did not pay that amount of money for one night so ended up having to pack up and move to a completely different hotel for one night. I will be attaching pictures of the dirt on our room

We have been to Puerto Rico a few times, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Our room (207) was very spacious and clean. We booked through Jet2 holidays, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had a private taxi waiting to transfer us from the airport to the hotel. Apparently this is due to the location of the hotel, and that your standard coach struggles to turn around once they have dropped you off. The pool area is great, and the lifeguard is always cleaning the area. He takes pride in his work. Reception staff are also great, and the gentleman who works there in the afternoon, is always happy and smiling. Overall we had a great holiday, and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again in the future. The weather was fantastic during our 5 nights stay.

Spent 2 weeks here over xmas and new year..ticked all the boxes for us..lovely apartment everything for a comfortable stay..balcony amazing got the sun all day until 5pm..we we're on the 6th floor level with reception and the pool..lift down to the ground floor and out the back gate close to bars and restaurants..had breakfast each morning which had a good variety something for everyone and sat outside most mornings..staff were all helpful and cleaning was to a good standard..used the self service laundrette which was great not to come home with all the washing..pool bar had 2 happy hours nice to have a cool drink in the sun..never had a problem getting a sun bed..we all had a very relaxing time and would definitely return..Thank-you for a great holiday..

My husband and I are currently only halfway through our 10 day holiday, but I have decided to write my review today, as even if the rest of our holiday vastly improved, it would still not change how I have rated this hotel. We first visited this hotel in June last year. We had such an amazing time and subsequently agreed to return for our 5 year wedding anniversary this November, and here we are. The hotel itself is in a beautiful location. We have been given a room on the 5th floor and couldnt have asked for a better view of the sea. We have loved sitting on our balcony each day. Staff are very friendly, the rooms are modern and variety of drinks are great. Unfortunately, we were made aware of this sickness bug a couple of months ago. We then discovered that this has been an ongoing problem since before our first visit in June 2023, however we were unaware of the issue back then and did not encounter this ourselves, nor did we hear about it then. As a result of finding out about this bug, myself and my husband were very mindful to make additional use of the hand sanitizing stations and being extra cautious of the food we choose from the buffet. This, however, has turned out to be pointless, as on our 3rd night, I came down with the bug. I was lucky enough to only have to endure this for 24 hours. My poor husband then fell ill last night (our 5th night here) and has not stopped vomiting since then and it is now around midday as Im writing this. We have been on many holidays and neither of us has ever fallen ill, never mind to the degree that we have experienced over the last few days. I struggle to understand how this sickness bug issue has lasted over a year and has still not been resolved. Today is our actual 5th wedding anniversary and instead of spending a lovely day together, we are stuck in our room while I look after my very ill husband. It is such a shame as this used to be our absolute favourite hotel which we planned to visit many times in the future. Unfortunately, this has really put us off coming back.

On arrival at the hotel, there was a warm welcome at reception. Got to our apartment and was blown away with the size of the balcony, table, chairs and 2 sunloungers, everything we needed to relax. The next day our shower flooded the bathroom, spoke to reception and in the 30 minutes we had been away to get some shopping it was fixed and towels replenished as we needed them to mop the floor. Was down hill to the commercial centre, so we taxied back after dinner, only 4-5 euros. We had sun on our balcony from first thing in the morning until it went over, so it was perfect for sunbathing all day. The cleaners were lovely and the apartment was kept spotlessly clean. The on site shop was great and prices were very reasonable. On our last day we used the pool bar for lunch before our pick up, food was lovely and so was the service. This hotel ticked all the boxes for a relaxing holiday, we have already booked to go back next year.
