It’s a nice fun thing for the kids to do. Overall we had a great stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. It’s just really busy but that’s all GWL’s.

Hotel and rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and food was good for the location! Hot tub was out of order, which was very disappointing as it was one of the main amenities we wanted to use and why we chose this location. (Please keep your hotel details up to date online so guests can make informed decisions before booking) Otherwise it was a good stay!

The pictures of the room are really misleading. We booked a King suite with a separate living area so that we could get up at different times, watch TV at the same time, eat leftovers from meals out, etc. We walked into our suite which had a wood floors, and enough space in the outer room to have a small dance party. The pictures indicated two separate living areas but when we got into the room there was no door on the bedroom! What sense does that make? The TVs were on adjoining walls so there was no way we could both watch at the same time and hear anything. We were supplied with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave as well. There were NO utensils of any kind to even eat anything we had in the room, not plastic ones, nothing. Which leads me to the next question, how do you eat anything when you have a living area that has a couch and standing lamp only? No small table or chairs out there at all. A desk only. Not one side table or coffee table to even sit a cup of coffee on! Zero amenities that were actually needed for our stay. I also have to say that when you have people booked into a room for three nights, you would think that even though they don’t clean at all unless requested, you would replace towels? Breakfast in not free, which is fine but why do you set up empty warming dishes with no food in them since you have to order of the menu to get any food at all? Just ridiculous. Taking pictures that deliberately don’t show you having a door on a separate room is absurd. Needless to say, it was overpriced for the lack of amenities it offered. We will not be returning; one and done!
