Great stay! Doorman Camareon Harris (sp?) was so friendly and helpful! He made us feel welcome right away! Breakfast was good also! Room was clean and quiet. We were able to walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Jack ****** from the hotel easily!

The hotel was in a convenient location and restaurant bar right next door added to appeal. The parking garage was a little hard to navigate with low ceilings and no clear markings to the hotel elevator. And it was expensive for overnight as a guest.

Everything was good. Valet took awhile to get the first time, the breakfast was not that tasty, and we didn't get our pack n Play until the last nigh of our stay for our infant. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The parking garage is horrible! For $35.00 a day- I would expect better! It was raining when we arrived and finally found a spot not in a huge puddle of water, but when we checked out on Sunday, we had to wade through the water to get into car and had to ride 3 hours home in wet shoes.

I think the parking was too expensive but other than that, the staff was great. The valet guys were always friendly. Bar/restaurant staff was always nice and fast. We had a great visit. Would recommend.

The check in set the expectation. I checked out of another hotel and booked here. There’s no comparison I had zero complaints. From the area to the rooms to the bar everything was great.

I was so surprised by this Westin. There were a few issues during our one night stay. Tub had hair in it. The thermostat didn’t work properly. It was much hotter than it read. We got up all night to keep turning it down. Had to set at 60 to even be comfortable and it was still hot. Then in the am, there was no hot water. We called and they said it would be an hour. I had to leave for work so we had to get dressed and go. I suggested (kindly) at check out that they may want to consider an automated call or note dropped off if guests will not have hot water and was told it’s impossible because they have 300 rooms. I let it go. I’m sure they were getting an earful. Just overall a really bad experience. I’d definitely stay somewhere else. Not at all what you’d expect from a Westin.
