ケルンにあるメルキュール宿泊施設を検索

施設は少し古く、メルキュールホテルの基準からすると清掃が行き届いていませんでした。周辺環境は悪くありませんが、交通の便は普通です。チェックイン時のフロントスタッフはあまり親切ではありませんでしたが、最大の問題は部屋の異臭がひどかったことです。全ての排水口を塞ぎ、バスルームのドアを閉め、窓を開けて換気しても、午後4時から夜9時までかかってようやく臭いが消えました。幸い、チェックアウト時のフロントスタッフの態度は良かったので、サービス評価を付けたくないという気持ちにはなりませんでした。

メインホテルではなく別館に宿泊しましたが、朝食のためにホテルのレストランに行くには通りを渡らなければならなかったので、もっと良い経験だったと思います。本当に素晴らしい顧客サービスでした。サウナとプールも最高でした。朝食も最高でした。

Struggled to get through to the hotel as the phone number on the app used to make booking was in correct. The hotel is easy to find and transport links from the airport I give a 10/10 plus connection to the city was super easy. Upon arrival, the service desk staff were pleasant and apologised. Finally checked in and the room was clean and well done. However, my room was facing the major road and extremely noisy during the entire stay as the road is a busy one.  Ordered a late dinner and disappointed with my under done beef patty, the bun it came with required an electric knife to get through. I did complain and an apology was given.  Now, the hotel room doors bang whenever they’re being closed and made my stay unbearable. Something definitely needs to be done as I was put off!! Before retiring to bed, I hung the notice to not be disturbed..alas! the following morning after breakfast I just wanted to have a quiet time but I was rudely interrupted, disturbed coupled with the loud doors as the cleaners went about their inspections 2 x in a space of 10 minutes.  I would have loved to stay here on future visits but it’s a NO!!  The breakfast was lovely, sauna and swimming pool facilities too. I did not use the gym. Otherwise it’s in a good safe location.
