This was my first time staying at this hotel, it was a convenient location as I was visiting the area nearby. The hotel is outside of the town centre but that wasn't an issue for me, there is a pub located right next door if you prefer to go out for a drink or some food. I didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but I did have breakfast which was good. The mattress was a little uncomfortable for me but I have back problems so others may not have an issue. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again when in the area.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Claire and Kieran, both of whom exuded genuine hospitality. The modern and fresh design of the rooms left a lasting impression, and the bathroom, complete with a bath, shower, and an impressively spacious sink, exceeded our expectations. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows were so inviting that I contemplated buying them! This establishment offers an executive-level experience at an incredibly affordable cost. Our dining experience was elevated by the impeccable service provided by Callum. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. Gema, who worked at the bar and restaurant, was equally outstanding, and we developed a fondness for her hospitality. While our experience was nearly flawless, we couldn't help but think that the Best Western Corby could potentially increase their revenue by expanding their selection of bar snacks, especially in the chocolate department. I would gladly spend more on indulgent options if they were available. In summary, this establishment is an absolute gem. From the welcoming staff to the delectable menu options, our stay was marked by excellence. Personally, I have a penchant for pies, and the ones served here were simply exceptional. The pork and fish dishes were equally outstanding, a testament to the culinary skill of the chef. Kudos! To sum it up, this place offers great food, exceptional service, well-appointed rooms, a convenient location, and a fantastic dining experience. Thank you for making our stay memorable! 部屋は大丈夫だった。フリルはありません。朝食は衝撃的でした。 9時30分には何も残っていませんでした。豆なし。ソーセージなし。卵なし。ベジタリアンソーセージを20分待ちます。そして凝縮したハッシュブラウン。絶対に嫌です。彼らはこれを支払う顧客に提供することを恥ずかしいはずです。

When I first arrived I was not very happy with my company why they put me at the middle of nowhere😊 but thanks to vicky at the reception she was so lovely and friendly…. Just after chatting to her she was so welcoming and was made to feel part of the travel lodge family. Thank you so much vicky for making my day I will definitely come back again.

Well. After many years if enjoying a Sunday lunch at the three swans this is the 2nd disappointing visit in the last month .Can only comment on my recent as previous was my wife & her mother who were very annoyed at the slow service.Sadly this visit was the same.Firstly on arrival we had to wait for someone to notice we were waiting to be seated although staff walked by us. Ok not a big issue so we were shown to our table which had not been cleaned properly as i could see food crumbs on the table from previous customers. It took 15 minutes + to be offered a drink & the table next to us who sat after us were offered before . The food was nice however when you have a Sunday lunch you tend to expect a vegetable selection not just 3 tiny carrots. & 2 skinny parsnips not greens . Again food as good -but we then sat for 20 minutes will empty glasses & plates before eventually being offered desserts .Can only say that the fact staff walked past us many times & seemed more observant the people sitting outside - we decided wed probably wait way too long for desert so decided no further drink or desert . You have not enough staff & too much competition to let you standard go.
