I write this review while lying on the balcony in junior suite 201. We have just spent 9 wonderful days here . Let’s start with hotel location , fantastic , in the middle of where you need to be but very quiet . Being an adult only hotel the clientele are slightly older leading to a calm and chilled ambiance . The pool is heated and always quiet with plenty of sun beds available all day ( this is due to lots of people using their junior suite terraces ) . We were bed & breakfast , always lots of choice and as my partner is vegan she’s was pleasantly surprised at the choice she had . Staff are attentive , courteous and polite . The junior suites are spacious with a huge bed and great walk in shower . The rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day . We had only one negative , the Air conditioning is really poor producing no cold air , noisy and inefficient. I complained on 4 occasions to be told it was working fine which was frustrating . We were offered another room but it was no better there . We encountered many other guests with the same gripe . Some guests even restored to buying fans at the local markets . As mentioned a great hotel and this was our only fault we could find . We would return but only at certain times of the year as with the current AC a summer visit would be unbearable .

Overall lovely clean hotel. Great location and lovely big room. It loses a star due to very poor breakfast, more so the hot food not being hot and eggs fired or scrambled were either over done or half cooked. Even the water for cup of tea out of the machine was not boiling. Also lunch does not start til 1pm which is a first.

Returning to h10 hotels in Corralejo for approx 12 years, couple times each year and second time to the Ocean Dunas (which we are currently here) Room is lovely although looking on web page we booked a Junior Suite and believe we have been allocated a Superior Room sea view ! Very nice but noisey with pubs opposite and emptying of bottles at 6am ! What we do notice is NO turn down service which was previous, and no choccy treat Breakfast have to say is self service and all the so called “hot food” is awful cold and despite previous replies from management on TA stating would be looked into seems nothing has changed would rate the brekky as 5.5 in honesty Have to say as others have staff are very good work hard and should be complimented to their superiors Probably back to Ocean Dreams for us, sorry to say

Just come back from the h10 ocean dunes stayed 5 days It’s a lovely place we had a junior suite room 251 sun was on our side early afternoon till about 6 which was lovely as they had sun beds on the balcony so we used to go up about 4 and sit outside on the balcony but saying that there was plenty of sun beds and at the time we was there no one put their towels down only when they were going to breakfast and then after they came out and sat down on them The pool is nice as well and a lifeguard was present Food was nice but I’m afraid the cooked breakfast was cold such a shame but there was plenty of continental choice Staff was lovely have to give a 5 star rating for Sarah, Johnathan at the front reception and Caroline and a couple more in the restaurant who bent over to help you so nice happy and polite In all the hotel itself was adults only and I do believe it does cater for the more senior age group and disabled as there is a stairlift going up on part of the lobby to the 2nd floor ( it is only 2 storey) The hotel is in a prime position right in the middle of the shops and restaurants but is so quiet and peaceful Would I stay there again the answer would be a diffident yes

This hotel is fab. I have been staying here on of since it's opening The location is in the centre of Corralejo, two minutse walk from the beach, one minute from all the main bars restaurants and night life. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and the rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant does a sperb buffet breakfast, with lunch available if needed. Your evening meal is a buffet starter, al carte main.course, buffet dessert there is always plenty to choose from the menu, cooked and presented like is should The staff from when you check in to check out can not do an an enough for you. If you are having a vacation on Fuerteventura Corralejo, check this hotel out. Once you have sampled the hospitality of Ocean Dunas, you will be counting to your next stay.

Had a fantastic holiday at H10 Ocean Dunas. Great facilities, very clean, lovely toiletries and great breakfast. Our stay was made extra special with chocolates, a bottle of fizz and a lovely note from staff for our 25th wedding anniversary! Would definitely come again.

I rarely write reviews but felt I had to make the effort on this occasion. We are currently on the last day of our holiday in Fuerteventura and staying at the H10 Ocean Dunas. Having visited Corralejo for the 7th time, and having stayed in various hotels, the H10 Ocean Dunas is by far the best. The hotel is spotlessly clean with friendly and efficient staff, great location, lovely food and great attention to detail. We were half board even though we weren’t intending on eating in the hotel every night, so we were offered lunch instead of dinner which was unexpected. The lunches and evening meal we had at the hotel were delicious with a great choice on offer. Buffet style breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold options. We upgraded to a junior suite which gave us our own sunbeds and a larger balcony which we made good use of. There were also robes and beach towels supplied. The room was cleaned every day and towels replaced when required. A nice touch was the delivery of a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates on my birthday which was a nice surprise. Thank you so much to the hotel management for this. It made my day! We could not fault this hotel at all. First class and perfect in every respect. Oh, and also the location is by far the best we have had here too. Close to the beach and live music. Thank you to the Ocean Dunas for an amazing stay!

We came here a week before Christmas a lovely welcome we stayed in the room overlooking the shops it was absolutely fine a good place to people watch room was a bit small but your not in it for too long,pool area was good lots of sunbeds but gets shaded by the trees,breakfast was good everything you could want and open till 10.30 Lots of staff were very friendly apart from one man on the bar.The hotel had a in a good location very central for everything. Loved all the Christmas decorations round he pool .

Wonderful Hotel, clean,well run, lovely staff. First impressions. Clean, quiet, Reception staff friendly, efficient and knowledgeable always a pleasure to greet and be greeted by reception on passing the front desk. Help available if needed to have cases taken to room. Room; large bed, sofa seating area with 2 small coffee tables, bench at base of bed, good choice of pillows, good clean white linen. Double wardrobe with full length mirror inside,no drawers inside only one shelf but ok for me.( suggest using those packing bags that have zips easy to place on the shelf straight from the case) Opposite alcove held free safe plus smaller mirror fixed at back of alcove. Shelf housing tea/coffee facilities with 2 tcups 2 coffee cups, tray with assortment of; milk capsules, sugar, tbags, coffee capsules .1 Bottle of water in the room this can be refilled from water machine in Velvet lounge ( free) Air-conditioning worked well altho to lower temp? Think standard 22°. Bathroom ; large shower, sink large mirror, hairdryer no funnel nozzle, bidet and loo. Shampoo,conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and hand cream .pool towel already avaliable in the room. Bathrobe and slippers in room . Cleaner; Victoria, very conscientious and hard working. Nothing too much trouble, always had time to say hello and never felt intrusive if you were in the room . Rooms cleaned every day, towels replaced if left at the bottom of shower tray. Restaurant well run allocated time slot to arrive for evening meal. 2 blackboards one listing starters, other one sweets available both buffet set up.(same boards are used to give weather forcast at breakfast with some artistry added ..( fun to see) Evening Mains; extensive menu to choose from with a special of the day also offered. Food always arrived hot and fresh and well presented ..nice touch to have the mains served to you. Requests to tweak main meal ..just ask.. Restaurant runs very well, not overcrowded, noisy or any rushed feeling, you get to enjoy your meal without feeling they want the table cleared . Both restaurant managers run a very refined service. Eduardo who was new to the team always made a point of greeting you and without intruding on your meal asked if everything was to your liking. I feel this was the mantra for all staff as at no time was there any annoyance or interruption, only a genuine concern that you were happy. The lobby bar was efficiently run never saw a queue and drinks delivered to your seat and names always remembered. The pool and terrace was quiet. On occasion it was amusing to watch the musical sunbed saga as the sun covers different areas of the sunbeds/ terrace at different times of the day due to shade from the palm trees . Luca the main pool guy took pride in his job as I listened to his explanation to a client wishing to use the chair lift into the pool, plus his constant patrolling of the pool area to make sure it was clean and tidy for everyone. A lovely and peaceful hotel. Great service and friendly staff at reception, breakfast and the bar. The pool was lovely, albeit on the small side. At times it felt heated / warm. Others it was relatively cold. I was a little disappointed with my room - it was spacious and clean but overlooking the garden area rather than pool and rarely got any sun which meant I didn’t enjoy using the terrace. The bed was comfy but pillows were thin, soft and lumpy. I had an ant issue in the bathroom and other areas of the room - they were everywhere - toilet paper, in towels and some even managed to get into my case and were brought home with me!!! The walls of the rooms must have been quite thin as I heard a lot from the neighbouring rooms. Including some using the toilet and almost every word of the tv. The WiFi was patchy in the room and when it was on/ working was slow. Overall it is a lovely hotel. I would come again but request a different room.

Positives... Clean Good location Quiet Not ideal... 1.Stayed 10 nights sheets never changed 2.Evening meal not the variety of starters or sweets like other H10 hotels 3.Main course A La Carte which in theory sounds lovely. Presented with same menu every night. Italian chef and food predominantly Italian. Pasta, rice pasta pasta! Seafood. Some meat but can't eat same 2 dishes for 10 nights. Why, on a Spanish hotel do the celebrate Italian food which I don't like. I would've gone to Italy. After 4 nights we converted to Bed & Breakfast but lost a lot of money. 4. Only comfortable seating outside were a few couches and it was the hotel Smoking Area so you were rewarded with a comfy seat to read if you smoked or didn't mind inhaling everyone else's smoke. 5. Velvet Bar says on Jet2 and confirmed by Reception that closes 11pm. However it was never manned. Had a few individual chairs and secondhand book shelves. Was like a ghost town and a hugely depressing waste of space. Nowhere to sit inside of an eving apart from there. 3 nights in a row a waitress came at 10.25pm and told us to get out exact words you need to get out. It was poring and i said theres nowhere else to sit but outside. She shrugged her shoulders and said again you need to get out. We did twice but on 3rd night after confirming at Reception it was 11pm I didn't leave. She then sent in a waiter with keys to pressure us to move. I said it's open till 11pm. He said I don't want to fight.!? And he left. What a thing to say! There is nowhere to relax and read without cigarettes or sitting in the rain part from Velvet room and you get thrown out and basically sent to your own room as it poured. 6. Lastly, we tried swapping dinner for lunch. Both given a set menu with 3 starters choice but then told we had to agree on the same starter as it was to be shared! We asked to choose a starter each as prefer different things but not allowed! Toasties burgers etc as a swap for main Dinner at £3,158 for our holiday just awful. Love H10 holidays but there's too many issues for me.

My Mum and I had a lovely week’s stay at this hotel, and felt it was just right for us. The highlight for us was the restaurant. We liked the system at dinner, of starters and desserts being buffet style, and marked up on wee blackboards, and the main course being chosen from lovely menus. This gave it the feel almost of going out to dinner each evening, and was much more civilised and relaxed than my most recent experiences of hotel dining. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with great choice, and the addition of chilled cava, which got our mornings off to a fab start! Special thanks to Consuelo, William, Raul, Davide and Eduardo. Each one of these lovely people is a credit to their employers. We thank them all for looking after us. I also have to mention the beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the hotel, including the pool area and restaurant. It was a special time to be there.

Another fantastic stay at H10 Ocean Dunas....this is our second visit this year, and it didn't disappoint. On arrival we found that we had been complimentary upgraded to a junior suite, wow what a room, clean, bright and airy, with a private balcony, table and chairs and sun lounges, over looking the pool, it was fantastic. The staff were as friendly and professional as ever, nothing to much trouble, and always a warm reception. Our room was cleaned daily and tea, coffee and creamer, replenished, I love that there is a nespresso machine in the room, as I do love a morning coffee. Clean towels and bedding, and a spotless clean, kept the room looking great. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices from cereals to cold meats and cheeses, as well as a cooked breakfast and pastries, more than enough choice for everyone. Evening meals were good, and I still like that this is a served meal to help reduce waste, plenty of options from fish to meats and pastas, cooked fresh, we had the steak a couple of nights which was beautiful and cooked to perfection. This hotel is in a great location for shops, bars and resturants, and a short walk to the beach, it has a good pool and plenty of loungers for everyone. Thank you again to all the staff who made out stay a memorable one, we will be back again soon.

Just came back from ocean dunas on 21 may the food was excellent but the room we got was like a cave no sunshine it was below street level in a so called garden full of trees on top of that we were miles from the street and the dining room ew were doing 1700 steps a day just get to the street ect not very good when you are over eighty they said hotel was full got the chance of a room above shops but not good when you go to bed early they could not have give us poorer room we were stopping for 14 nights poor hotel management
