ネプトゥーノ コスタデヘ(Aparthotel Neptuno Costadeje)

Only stayed for two nights was a lovely apar**ent my only thing is the floors were really dirty, when I got out the shower and would go to get ready my feet would be sooooo dirty !!! Apart from that room was much cooler then my last hotel considering no aircon. Overall stay was okay :)

Stayed numerous times at Neptuno, always clean, good facilities, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is just right for us, may be a bit out but easily accessible and quiet. A couple of supermarkets are just outside complex so essentials can be picked up.

The male receptionist was the rudest person ever ! There were 58 steep steps down to our apar**ent .It felt like descending into hell each time we had to do it . ( Around 4 or 5 times a day) And then having to climb back up them !!!!! 😡 Bar staff were super friendly and nice but it didn't make up for the whole shabby appearance of the complex .

A much needed holiday good apar**ent had everything u need and cleaned regularly. Hotel staff very friendly and pool bar good value yes the hill is steep to walk into adeje centre but easy and cheap to get a taxi back . Planning to return next year

This was mine and my partners first holiday together, and since then we have been back in September 2023 and are going back again in may2024, we love this place, the bar staff are so lovely and happy all the time, the reception staff helped with everything we needed. When we went in September we had a room on the other side of the hotel away from the pool and asked if we could change rooms, baring in mind it was around 1am and they gave us a few keys to see which we preferred which we were amazed by, the rooms are very homely, bathrooms are big and living area very spacious, plus a full kitchen with everything you might need and the beds are very big and very comfy, aswell as the rooms being spotlessly clean. I can go on and on about this hotel as we just love it and can’t wait to be back there in may.

We arrived and checked in on a Tuesday afternoon . The room was ok but the bathroom the shower tiles were filthy with mould and grime and slippy from the grime buildup , toilet was dirty too , and the floor in the apar**ent was also dirty with still food on it from the last people . The pool was far too cold and it didn’t make sense that there was only an adult only heated pool we had a child and it would have been good if there was a heated kids pool . The location was ok a bakery and supermarkets nearby

We have just stayed here for a week. Lovely hotel, apar**ent was clean and spacious. The pool area was clean and we always managed to get a lounger. The staff are lovely and friendly. The only downfall is the hill but there are plenty of taxis. We walked down but got a taxi back. This cost between 5 and 7 euro. During the week the bedding and towels were changed. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my boyfriend and we just got back. Usually we book all inclusive 4/5 star hotels but this was last minute and a lot cheaper so booked Neptuno but we enjoyed this holiday just as much as previous ones whilst on more of a budget. Our apar**ent was number 6 on the bottom floor, it was lovely and modern very spacious! Beds are super comfy and we got a great nights sleep. The kitchen has all the utensils etc you could need and fully equipped. We tried some of the food which was lovely and I enjoyed some cocktails these are reasonably priced at 7€ and very generous with alcohol. The staff were lovely, welcoming and very hard working especially the ladies working in the bar/cooking the food 😊 Also hotel and pool area isn’t too crowded or busy if you’re after somewhere not quiet and relaxed. We didn’t try the pools as spent most days at the beach, this is only a 10 walk down the hill. We walked back up most days which doesn’t take too long once you’re used to it but there’s also plenty taxis at the tank if you’d rather a taxi back. Don’t let bad reviews fool you if your just after a budget self catering holiday without all the fuss you won’t get much better, thank you for a lovely holiday we will definitely be back!

Booked this hotel and it funnily enough was around the regency club we stayed last time. It is up cardiac hill,over the motorway and past burger king. There is a supermarket across the woad, a bakery around the corner and 5 kins walk further there is a big dimos supermarket. The hotel has 2 pools, the main and bigger one was quite cold in January and with a bar next to it and quite a few sunbeds. It also has a heated pool around the corner and both shut at 5, the heated pool was nice with a nice balcony bathing area next to it..shame this bit couldn't open later even as the sun is still out much later..a nice chill and quite area I would stay here again and it was 10 euros taxi from the Veronica's trip
