Like this it was fine a little dirty but fine and for price worked

Hotel is very old. Rooms smells must. Stuff is helpful.

Service was great the facility was very good the was not bad I had a fantastic time here

Even though the hotel is not the most stylised type decorated, it is very clean!

Amazing

After a long flight from Dallas, I arrived at the hotel feeling exhausted. Thankfully, Tasha at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly getting me checked in and settled into my room. The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable—it was exactly what I needed. Thank you.

One small thing damaged all of the decent impression in this place are - bed bugs bites, which I am pretty resistant to. But, day after the night there, it came out. Otherwise, all was decently OK, except small pillows that I always complain about.

Very nice room with all the amenities needed. Spacious with a desk and chairs, flat screen tv, drawers, and nice shower with awesome water pressure! The complimentary breakfast had waffles, sausage, eggs, yogurt, pastries, bread, fruit, juice, and coffee. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the location great for what we needed.

Nice hotel and great staff. Convenience and safe location, close to I-10 fwy. Checked in was fast and easy. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It's quiet too. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine are included. We didn't try the breakfast because we had to leave early. Would definitely stay here again.

We (3) stayed one night at Comfort Inn & Suites Covington - Mandeville in July 2023. The parking is adequate. The lobby is nice. The room is good and clean. The elevator was good but noisy. The breakfast was average. There were sausages and egg on the buffet. The staff was helpful.

Fantastic hotel, close to interstate but far enough away that there is no road noise. Front desk staff, room air conditioning, breakfast, all top notch. Town has alot of restaurants and shopping. Couldn't as for a nicer place.

This hotel couldn't be in a better spot! Just a few steps to Copeland's (one of the best restaurants in the entire state) and a short hike or drive to many other fantastic spots to dine and shop in a great, safe, well lit area! Modern, super clean, comfortable rooms and a top tier, amazing staff make this my #1 place to stay on the Northshore!

We chose to stay here last minute, only for the night. It served it’s purpose, a place to sleep and shower. It wasn’t spectacular or terrible. Could definitely use a coat of paint….And it’s damp. Has a moldy smell when you enter the room. Not enough to totally gross you out but you definitely notice it. However, if I had to, I’d stay again but it definitely would not be my first choice.

This hotel is off the main ***** on the Home Depot side of the highway. It is setback from the road and feels relatively private. As others have said in their reviews, the staff is friendly. The downside with this hotel is it needs to be renovated: carpeting needs to be replaced; they are running dehumidifiers on some floors 24/7; rooms phones don’t work; room doors are not secure on frame; and back door to enter building doesn’t lock (🥹). There is also a sense that several of the guests are walk-ins who appear to be going through some stuff. I didn’t feel very safe. Will not return to this hotel.
