We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 3 nights after our trip to Machu Picchu. The beautiful courtyard & the convenient location was the reason we chose this hotel. What has exceed our expectation was the great services! Devis was able to recognise us & remember our trip arrangement time every day we encounter him during our stay. He was attentive at all times and passionate to share with us knowledge about food & drinks of Cusco. It was also very easy to communicate with him in English. The spa receptionist (sorry I forgot her name) was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I think the hotel management team should also recognise the staff who carefully managed the plants throughout the courtyard, they are all very well-managed and pretty! The spa trea**ent we had was good but one small comment on the CST trea**ent. It may not be the one that we expected, it felt like more of a normal head massage.

If you come to Cusco, this is the place to stay. Easily WALKABLE to EVERYTHING, yet as soon as you walk through the front doors. You are greeted with seclusion and tranquility within the beautiful courtyard of this place. The staff is attentive to every detail, and as a bonus, you get Pisco Sour tasting provided by them. I wish I could give this place 1000 stars, as they deserve it. Stay here. You will fall in love.

Wow! We cannot say enough good things about this beatiful hotel and exceptional staff. After long days of exploring, it was so nice to come back to a place that truly felt like home. Angie, Mani, Claudia, and the entire Casa Cartagena staff were so kind and accomodating. They anticipated our every need and even prepared a hot, fresh meal for us one minute before the restaurant closed! The impecable service, gorgeous spa (complete with a eucalyptus-infused sauna) delicious food, and great location makes this a place we will definitely come back to again and again!

Our family of five stayed at Case Cartagena in January. We had two rooms - one very large master suite (with a living room attached) and one bedroom with three separate beds for my three kids. We loved everything about the hotel. It is a beautiful oasis of quiet in an otherwise bustling city with an excellent location. The rooms are well appointed, the service was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding (offerings and service). Highly recommended. My only suggestion would be to incorporate windows (with bug screens perhaps?) into the doors that open into the courtyard, both for fresh air and to keep the rooms cool.

Everything about this hotel is first class. Perfect location, excellently appointed rooms and, brilliant staff who go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The breakfast is incredible, as are the Pisco Sours and the spa facilities. We had a two night stay initially and then returned for a further one night stay - it was faultless

The food is amazing!!! All of it is homemade. Do not go to the center because the best restraint is at your hotel. My meals cost 3 dollars and tasted like 100. The rooms are so comfy. You must come if you plan on coming to Cusco. The waiter for the restaurant is the nicest guy and room service is amazing. Trust me

Fantastic stay at this beautifull hotel. The staff was great and the breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The food at the restaurant was great and we got a free cocktail each evening. They stored our luggage free of charge while being on a 2 day hike. The hotel is located in the very beautiful historic district of Cusco. The room was large, quiet and had a balcony towards the peaceful courtyard. They have a steam room and heated pool. The massages are great. Shout out to Manny, he cared for all of our needs.

Nice boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Interesting selection of acrylic furniture which seemed out of place as this is an old colonial building. Great location and nice court yard. Good spa area. In general this is a really nice place to stay in the heart of Cusco.

What a great place to stay! The staffs are really nice, particularly the garden breakfast was there to take your breath away… everything is personalized, you do feel like you are at a family holiday home ;-) make sure you try the cocktail in the evening, it is one of the best in town!
