アナワーケ(Anahuarque Hotel Boutique)

This place is just a wow even we had a minor problem on our last day but they were able to figure it out. First, big shout out to their staff specifically on their front desk. They are so accommodating, helpful and hospitable! The breakfast buffet food was also delicious and bite size which is really helpful not to have so much waste! The boutiqe design is also spanish which is very relaxing! Rooms are also spacious! They do accept credit/debut card. A plus is this hotel is very walkable to the center plaza.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were friendly and helped me with everything from my bags, tours, directions and even fixing my phone. Definitely the best staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in.

Proactive friendly staff

Great rooms, morning buffet, excellent service, and location. We were able to store our luggage while away touring the Sacred Vally and Machu Pichu. It was a tremendous help to do so. Overall great experience with this hotel.

This place has a very good location, beautiful architecture and decoration, very cozy and comfortable, quiet nights, very good breakfast, excellent shower, lovely inner patio, good service. I would definitely go back. My only suggestion would be to have a mirror outside the bathroom, especially in a triple room. It would also be great to have a full size mirror in the lobby.

Staff really helpful and friendly Rooms are really comfortable and restroom looks fully renovated, free delicious breakfast, safe in the rooms and the best is just couple blocks from the main square I will come back for sure

We arrived to a spacious room with a high ceiling. We ordered the in-room massage to be told it wasn’t available until the following day. Which was fine. Then the disaster started to happen -the phone didn’t work -sink and toilet stopped working -the shower's hot water was not even lukewarm -when the massage did happen they said it was best to just do it on our bed instead of their tables since they didn’t bring it. It was the most uncomfortable since they had us vertically on the bed with our necks and feet hanging off. For $45 USD each this was a complete rip-off -the housecleaner came into our room without knocking. Just opened the door and realized we were there. It was so odd! Then we were told the wing we stayed at was having issues and we were moved to another room after the day. That room was tiny. -the bathroom door needs fixing and you had to yank it or push it for it to close -the toilet holder was broken off -the towel hanger was broken Then to top this off all of the staff seemed annoyed at everything when we notified them. At check out, I was informed that card transactions were 5% on top of everything. This seems new and something implemented the last few days since the protests started. Do not stay here if you expect comfort or service. Come if you’re desperate.

Muy bien ubicado cerca a muchos lugares claves. Muy linda la casona. Habitaciones amplias impecables. Amabilidad y siempre dispuestos quienes allí trabajan. Gracias por hacernos sentir tan bien. Recomendamos este lugar.

Excelente ambiente, todos muy limpio. Habitación muy cómoda. Todos muy amables, dispuestos a ayudarte. Muy buena atención. Había te de coca disponible siempre, el patio muy lindo para descansar por la tarde.
