simply worth recommending. everything was perfect, the food was delicious, the service was very nice and helpful. I recommend it to families with children, but also to older people and young people.Everyone will find their place here and rest. Additionally, the location is perfect for further exploration. The sea is very close.

The hotel is great, food is very delicious, diverse and different every day, the service is very nice and helpful. Chef Nikos is great. Hotel is the best for families with children. Rooms are clean. You can rent a car in a reception, receptionists help with everything. We highly reccomend coming to this hotel, you will not regret.

This place is awful! It started at the check in- the receptionist was abrupt and rude. I requested an accessible room and twice she tried to give me an unaccessible room. I ended up having to swap with one of our group. The receptionist spoke to us like we were a group of unruly children. She said "you will be shown where your room is only once " The rooms were musty and smelly The aircon didn't work I had to keep all my curtains closed as each one looked out on a play area or swimming pool. We went to the snack bar for some food- not a good selection and pretty bland food. This place is all inclusive- I went to pour fizzy lemon into a half litre bottle and Joanna (one of the bar workers) snatched the bottle out of my hand and wagged her finger at me saying NO and she filled it with tap water. I use a walking aid and it would of been easier for me to carry the little bottle. Then one of our rooms flooded - not only the bathroom, the bedroom flooded as well. There was no tea making facilities in the rooms either. There were kids running around atb1 am! We had to move to a different hotel after 2 days. This place looked really good from the reviews but this was not the case. Also the swimming pool was only open from 10am to 6pm!!!

Lovely hotel and resort. Everywhere very clean, great staff (especially Antonis in the bar, and Nikos in restaurant), good choice of food and drinks, pretty gardens, very safe and we had a perfect holiday. Unfortunately no aqua aerobics and only dancing one evening, Greek night. Reception staff very helpful and easy to get a taxi into Chania and back.

The best hotel ever for us! Superior clean hotel with very friendly staff. Splendid and silent area even as a famely hotel. New beds and very variable food at the buffet. Just a lovable place! We would like to recommend this place and would like to join again.

I had the best room in the hotel 234 loved it, food was amazing best hotel all inclusive I've tried, pool was freezing but went in may, shower water goes everywhere and bath plug doesn't work but that's the only issue, location bit In sticks, but close to beach, nikko the waiter is a sweetheart, entertainment bit boring, no problem getting a sun bed, I wish I could have stayed couple more days for the food and room 😀 also beds are so comfortable,if I stayed again I would choose that room again.

amazing. exceptional staff. love it all. i ll be back soon for sure. The view is wonderfull. The people nice and kind. The space is open , good lines. The food in all include is fantastic. They have tematic days for diferent places of the world. Very nice service. Fresh food and fresh linen and tables in the resataurant. Satisfying service from the reception. All Inclusive perfect when travelling with children. Also the close location to the sea is a plus. On the minus side there is the cold water in the pools but om the other hand we travelled early May so what’s to expect…

Me and my best friend had an amazing week, there was a lot of the food we didnt like but everything else was just great. Especially thank you tho Antonis and lefteris at the pool bar, we talked a lot with them. I think the info website was very hard to find information in
