We had booked a room to stay overnight after a very long journey. When we reached, the *** at the reception kept on talking over the phone with owner/ manager for 20 minutes about rooms allotted to this party and that customer. He told us to wait with out revealing his intentions. We waited after 20 minutes we interrupted the conversation to ask us to give us the room. He very annoyingly asked us to speak to the speaker on the other side of the phone . The speaker refused to give us a room saying he is not bound to give it to us. First of all, they have enlisted in *********** and then upon booking they are ready to harass customers. Secondly, they wasted our time by about an hour by not letting us know that they will not allow us a room. Thirdly, it is absolutely an unprofessional and un ethical practice being in the hotel industry. We moved out with minimum argument but we thank our stars for not staying there. God knows what would have waited for us during our stay, regarding further service. Just at the time of entering also, we witnessed some heated conversation with one of the customers staying there.
