ダバオのプール付きホテル

非常に美しいホテル。問題はエアコンが効かずにスタッフに伝えたが対応が遅かった。 部屋チェンジの提案受けるも、グレードダウンしたら意味ない。結局、エアコン使えるようになったが微冷で快適ではない。 それとプールサイドでご飯を注文するも、遅いし値段が無意味に高い。食事は外がいいな。 ただ、総合的にみて清潔で美しくて良いホテルだと思います。

We really enjoyed our last stay at this hotel before we ended our vacation. From the food and staff, by the way, special thanks for helping us with our request from the housekeeping. The room had a little bit of concern, like the set up, but sharmaine did not hesitate to help us. I was with my family at that time and will surely be back very soon.

まだ新しい施設なので清潔感があり,スタッフはフレンドリーでモティベーションが高く、心地よかった。連泊でも朝食のメニューが変わり、飽きなかった。 チェックイン時にフロントスタッフの対応が事務的で不安を覚えましたが、他のスタッフの対応でその不安はすぐに払拭されました。マスクをせずに室外へ出ている宿泊客が目立ちましたが、ホテル側で声掛けなどの対応をしている様子はありませんでした。

クラウン リージェンシーはアメニティが非常に低くなっています。シャワーにお湯が出ない、部屋にチェックインしたときにテレビが利用できない、シャワーを出すとパイプの音がうるさい、テレビはフロントデスクにリクエストする必要がある、テレビは1チャンネルのみ、室内用スリッパはなく、棚は壊れています。しかし、フロントデスクとスタッフは十分に親切でした。アーリーチェックインをしました。6年前はビュッフェ式朝食を食べました。しかし、今では朝食はアラカルトだけになりました。私たちはプールのためだけにその場所を予約しました。

We had a great experience staying in the hotel. They have an excellent service & offers a variety of choices. It has a great & clean amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Efficient staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast buffet, easy access to smx convention center. Best place to stay for events or conventions at SMX. Nearby 711 as well. Has a nice pool. However the gym was under construction that time.

Plus points: -Hotel atrium and ground floor were spacious and clean. I guess the hotel's view is to make a good first impression even if the other floors and the rooms are not as professional in appearance. -Breakfast - good choice of food -Location - close to shopping ,malls and banks -Bedroom was spacious -Maintenance staff responded quickly to fix issues (and there were issues) Negative points: -Not all the gym equipment worked. -The gym was hot and stuffy. The aircon was not on, and if you turned it on you would have to wait probably an hour before it cooled the room down to an adequate temperature to exercise at. -The pool was too small. It was more like a plunge pool rather than a pool you could swim in. -No ironing board and iron are provided in the room. Instead you have to pay someone else to iron your item of clothing, and of course they only work 9-5. Not an ideal service for the hotel to provide. -The aircon in the bedroom did not work, but once reported we were moved to a new room. -The shower door fell off its runners. Thankfully the maintenance staff responded quickly. Would I stay here again? If I had to, is the answer given the relatively low price, but I would search other places in Davao first, with a view to choosing one of these first.
