The hotel staff were very nice. The room was soso. But the bathroom was dirty and they have flies and insects inside. Flying everywhere. Even though they said will get back to me but they didn't.

私は数年前にホテルに滞在しました。経済状況が低迷しているため、サービスは以前より少し悪いと感じています...しかし、部屋はまだとてもきれいで、ホテルの場所は大丈夫です。朝食は良くありません。

ホテルは美しく、清潔で、場所はとても中心です。しかし、スパの屋内プールは、私たちがそれを使用しようとしたときの真ん中に空にされていました。屋外プール周辺のサービスは、あなたが支払っている価格のために少し緩んでいました。しかし、最大の問題は駐車でした。私たちが乗っているように感じたので、私たちは一日の駐車場が25ドルで、この地域にとって本当に強要された価格であるという事実にもかかわらず、支払ったと言われましたが、滞在の終わりに、$ 25は8時間しかカバーできないと言われました。追加の 3 時間の滞在には 2 回と 9 ドルの追加料金がかかりました。したがって、合計で、約 20 時間の駐車に 59 ドルを支払いました。これは極端に聞こえますが、支払うように求められた失礼な方法は言うまでもありません。それは私が望んでいた経験でした、私は戻る可能性が低いです、それはとても歴史的で美しいホテルなので残念です。

We were welcomed by very friendly staff. The aroma of a fresh and lovely smelling fragrance in the foyer was a nice start. The rooms were clean and modern. Location was amazing close walking distance to Al Rouche had a beautiful sunset view. The beach restaurant was a relaxing atmosphere just sit and enjoy the water view, the food was delicious just took a long time to bring out. Drinks and Shisha in the evening was a nice way to finish off a memorable stay. Unfortunately all the pools were empty would have liked to use them. But definitely would come back and recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you to all the staff and management. ❤️

Many thanks to the manager-supervisor Ahmad. Without his help, I would have been in a very difficult situation. I had a business in Beirut and he gave me all the necessary information about SIM cards, the Internet, how to use Google maps offline, where to buy the chocolate I needed, and even offered me a guide around Beirut. Moreover, Ahmad personally arranged with the chocolate shops, and I just had to come and buy what I needed. I am very grateful to him!!!
