Frankly, for the price I was pleasantly surprised. The room looked like it was recently updated and generally bright and comfortable. The bed was decent - not a high end fancy bed but certainly OK. The room had a large TV, USB outlets for charging, a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave and a small kitchen area. The bathroom was OK though the window was a bit drafty and the shower didn't have a soap shelp. Water pressure was barely adequate. Towels were mostly in good shape and not threadbare. The only amenities were 2 plastic cups and the tiniest bars of soap I'd ever seen. The door to the outside didn't have a deadbolt or a security chain. The main sign outside the hotel had been blown down in a storm - I presume that is being attend to.

Not so good stay here. Definitely needs cleaning and saw a cockroach next morning the only thing about this place is closer to a place where we need to be.

Check-in not informative. No coffee available, ice only in plastic cups, no bedside table or reading lamp, no closet or clothes rack, no clock, no towel bar to hang wet towels, no grab bar in shower stall. Fairly quiet, convenient to local stores for food etc. Neighbor sat outside smoking constantly, smoke was pulled into room by a.c. Would have gladly paid more for better amenities.

Nice and clean place. I liked that windows were openable (some places lock windows so the only air you get is from AC). I opened windows and turned AC on power saving mode.

Worst hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Absolutely no amenities in the room, no breakfast and it was too expensive. I found a couple of bugs flying around, room had not been painted or updated in a long time. The sign outside said "New rooms" no way that was possible. The person next to us was extremely noisy and smoked **** most of the night.

Very nice motel. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at the Budget Inn in Dayville 2 years ago. I have no idea what happened. I think I know what happened; there is a new ownership of this hotel. I can't speak any louder or better about the experience that I had while I stayed there. Rooms were exceptionally clean. The front-desk staff was very accomodating, although I must speak of two particular staff members, Dev and Jay. I had a minor issue and both of them felt it necessary to fix my problem in a timely fashion. The new ownership has completely given a new loom and a**osphere when it comes to staying at the hotel. I would highly recommend everyone to come and stay here and feel as good as I did. Dev and Jay, you are the best!
