Hotel is ok, in a nice location, just the cleaning is not so great, hot water for a shower I could get just slightly warm, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work anywhere over there, not even at the reception! Checking is 2pm it’s ok, but even they have the rooms ready and the guests arrived before 2pm, they holding us and don’t let us to go to the room before 2pm! Breakfast was not great, say’s till 10:30am, one of the days I went 10:20am and more than half of the things were gone, and also I have asked a drink (tea) that never had been served! They didn’t have any drinks available that day for the guests! I think missing lots of think, the construction is old, but really great if they would have a bit more care about, need some refurbishment but still ok, the cleaners were very nice, friendly, but need to clean a bit better, always when I went to have shower was liking water under the shower box to all the bathroom, and the water stays there till they went to clean the next day! And also my small fridge was on, but didn’t work at all!

We stayed here for 1 week . The room is basic and has what you would need , shower , bed , fridge and AC. You can’t complain for the price you pay . Pool is big and there are a selection of sun beds etc. It’s about a 7-10 min walk to the main ***** or about £3 in a taxi. Staff are very helpful and work 24/7 so always someone there. The only thing we will say is breakfast is very basic boiled eggs, salami , bread , butter and Nutella etc not real selection but again it’s edible ! Also cleaner came once but we assumed this was as we came at the start of season. We will be coming back!

Currently staying at the hotel. Was told they cannot clean the rooms as they are short of staff. I want to give this hotel zero star rating but that is not an option. Please avoid staying here. There is zero accountability.

I was worried about staying at this hotel due to some bad reviews. This was made worse on approach as there is a dilapidated building at the front. However, once in the grounds it’s a different story. The pool is really big, plenty of sun beds and gardens are well tended. My friend & I had a room each at the back. We each had a lovely room with a double and single bed, small balcony (there was a small rack for drying swim wear), a nice little en-suite and a fridge . The rooms were cleaned daily. We went for b&b but all inclusive was available. Meals were on the terrace overlooking the pool. There was plenty of choice, freshly cooked omelettes, boiled eggs, cheeses, jams and various Turkish dishes. There was a bar where tea, coffee and juices were served out of machines. Although it was on the road it was quiet. The dolmus (local bus) stopped outside. It was a 10 minute ride to the beach or a 7 minute walk to Hisoranu town. Although the staff didn’t speak much English they were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay again. It was really cheap and a fantastic place to stay especially if you are on a budget. The only downside…… No kettle Thin walls so if you have noisy neighbours it could be a problem.

I stayed at the Pink Palace for 10 days and I thought it was lovely, breakfast was onntime every single day , really good selection and freshly done ,you can go up as many times as you like , fresh cut up bread put in baskets ,brown or white bread available, fresh pastries, the pool area was cleaned every morning and I know this as I watched the lady do it . My room was quite big had a big double bed which was great ,my balcony opened up to the view of the mountain , so whilst I sat there reading my book with a cup of coffee I took in the views, two local shops both good value , fridge and a hair dryer in your room which was never available in a previous hotel , rooms cleaned regularly which is always a bonus , nice and quiet of an evening ,15 mins walk to hissronu and the Monday Market is practically on your door step , some really nice bars on the way, barracuda, vineyard to name two . A bar menu would be brilliant for people who aren't all inclusive especially if you decided to stay around the pool , cabke cars literally just down the road and so is ole denize, bus stops right out side. I thought It was a lovely place to stay , basic but comfy , ive already booked for next year .

I don’t know how this place has 3 stars it’s so run down, not clean and dangerous. Upon arrival I had no towels or loo roll, when I went to ask at reception they told me I had to wait 2 hours. After more than 2 hours nothing arrived so I went to reception (again) where they handed me two tiny towels so I hadn’t ask for a bath towel. Such a carry on within my first few hours of arriving. The room was falling to bits, gaps in the door, shower leaked all over the floor, dirty, one very flat pillow even though I had 2 beds. You had to ask for clean towels and the cleaning consisted of them staying bleach on the floor mop and leave it like an ice rink with strong smell of bleach. Back of the room a hose pipe was constantly on the grass and there was a smell of sewage so the balcony was out of bounds, this smell lingered around the back of the pool too. There were holes in the skirting boards and the door frames were worn away badly. Breakfast- same every single day, flies all over, no self service drink and if you’re not Turkish you wait ages for a thimble of coffee and watery juice. They do omelettes they were nice and cooked fresh. Dread to think what the all inclusive would be like. The drink selection was very minimal, no canned soft drink was poured from a bottle. Pool area is nice, but the sunbed mattress were all dirty and stained. Pool is on the busy road so you hear car noise constantly. Toilets for the pool and restaurants are vile, door frame almost came off when I closed it, they’re down steep steps and not clean. Location is good, 10 mins walk to hisaroun, little convenience store near by and bus stop outside. Wifi hit and miss but ok. Staff are all ok some very rude or ignore you and not many speak English. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I expected basic but the was just grim. You get much better place to stay for the same price.

This was our first family trip abroad. Chose this as it was a smaller family hotel. On arrival at night the staff were helpful and provided ground floor rooms as requested. The food was very nice and a lot of different varieties everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner which even kept my fussy eaters happy. The swimming pool was very clean, not busy and had a little kids pool. The rooms were dated , the beds were comfy but little things would make it perfect like fixing leaking sinks and bathroom locks. The staff were amazing, very friendly and got to know our family and children big shout out to some of the names i can remember like yousef, fatih, bushra, asma, emran, sebri, begum karim. . The location was good and not far from shops, 10 minutes on the bus( bus stop outside the hotel) to the beach and 500 meters walk to the cable cars.

First of all - Oludeniz beach is such a beautiful place in the world... and such a shame it has some really dirty and awful hotels around. I bought the holidays from Coral Travel (ex. Wezyr Holidays) and I'm truly shocked that travel agency has in offer such disgusting places, which they call 'hotel'. Probably they only offer it as it's cheap and they describe it as it was renewed, but in reality they don't know what is going on inside! So for me first thing is that Coral Travel is a total mess as they don't have any control and they don't check the hotel standards before they put it to their offer. And if you buy holidays from travel agency you deeply believe, that hotels you are looking at from their offer, are fully checked by them, and you simple don't have to care about anything but relax. Don't you ? NOT THIS TIME! I can only say that my case will end in court. Now about the place they call a 'hotel' - I will describe starting from less important and ending on the most important: - WiFi in reception for free. Of course! If you don't have anything, you can give it for free... I hope it's enough to say that I asked a reception worker to share his private internet from smartphone for me as WiFi from PinkPalace is just not usable anywhere. - Coral Travel describes it as it was 'renewed in 2018'. I attach photos of a pool bathroom. Was it REALLY renovated ? - the walls. I don't know what were the walls made of. Probably with paper. You can hear everything from surroundings rooms. Also the doors are loose in the hinges, so everytime the wind comes easily through the windows, the door just make an annoying noise... so it was really difficult to get the rest or sleep at night. - the cleaning lady and delivery fresh towels to room. Before the cleaning lady delivered new towels to room (once every 3-4 nights), firstly she put all the NEW towels on the hall from trolley, then after she emptied the trolley from dirty towels from lower floor, she put the fresh towels lying on dirty floor again on the trolley and delivered them to rooms Now lets fasten the seatbelts: - the bar staff absolutely doesn't care about the higiene. If you ask for the pepsi/water/beer/whatever, they grab the glass with their dirty hands because of money they received just before as a tip and didn't wash their hands - so they grab the glass and do the wrap-around with their hand on the upper part of glass where you always put your mouth to take a sip - so once you are going to drink from this glass, it's just like you are licking their hands. Hands which had a dirty money just before a second. - the tables in the restaurants. I could write a seperate book about that. When you put your hand on the table you simply get stick to that. A lot of flies... eating the rest of yesterdays dinner when you eat a breakfast. Seriously! The rest of fruits, vegetables from previous day's dinner on the table once you try to eat breakfast.
