Superb place...great facilities. All the staff is very hospitable, kind and helpful. Food was yummy and wide rang of variety. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed in Lake view room, it was very beautiful. The staff such as Sanjay Singh, Amreen gave special attention to our family and made sure all the things are provided on time. The spa facility is also very good. The masseuse Pooja was good and helpful . Thanks for making our stay memorable.

We had a great experience at Lake residency resort. This was our first stay here, though it was a one day stay, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. From amazing panoramic views of mulshi lake to great indoor amenities and awesome food. It is worth a try. The rooms where we stayed had a beautiful Lakeview . The rooms were spacious n well kept . We also lunched n dined at the in house cafe ..Meals were delicious ...The staff were polite n service was gud .

Excellent and serene place. The view is excellent and recreational facilities are good. Swimming pool, pool table, garden area and spa are some highlights. Washrooms are clean.Food is awesome here. Special thanks to ***ish Singh and Luvkush for making us comfortable.

Some Food Quantity is not enough as per everywhere.... Like Dalkhichadi.... & Chicken Lolipop Size is almost half Amenities is Not Well maintained... Foosball & Pool table.... Pool table no have White ball & some other balls… Foosball also not smooth & some Player not fitted well Rooms if awesome & Food Quality is Also Good

The Residency is located in a nice place and all the rooms have a wonderful view facing Mulshi lake. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing about this so-called resort. The property badly needs maintenance. Our room had a weird odour that refused to go away even after keeping the door open for some time. There are hardly any activities to do here. Perhaps resorts like these take advantage of the desperation of city folks (Pune, Mumbai) wanting a short getaway from the city madness. That seems to be the only reason why the resort unashamedly can charge Rs. 10 K++ per night. Even the reputed 5-star hotels in Mumbai/Pune do not charge this for a standard double room. The restaurant has limited options. But the staff at the restaurant were friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant opposite this one, Basho’s is worse. That leaves you with little choice. There is some construction activity going on with JCB and all that, partially blocking the view as well. We had, unfortunately, paid up in advance for two nights and ended up regretting this. While making the reservation through ***********, though I had entered my credit card details correctly, I kept getting email alerts saying that my credit card details are incorrect. Apparently, that is the way the resort expects its guests to contact them so that they can share their bank details for the advance payment! I do not recommend this place at all, definitely not, for this price.

Excellent place to spent quality time with family. The property is well maintained with an excellent view. The food is very tasty however a bit expensive. The housekeeping team is very hardworking and the best people you will find in the resort. Good clean rooms. The pool is clean.
