nasty stuff try to make Money from deposit

Check in was good. I had frozen dinners to keep cold and the fridge was warm. Sam came to check and the fridge was unplugged and Sam plug the fridge up so it took some time to get cool but dinner’s never got cold. No bath cloths in the room. I had to call Sam back for that and Sam brought them up. After I checked out. I call back a few hours later because I realized I mistakenly left a keyboard and mouse in the room and when I called about them housekeeping had not turned them in and Sam stated I have to call back in the morning. Room was clean bed was comfortable. I hope I get my items but we will see.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The sheets were not clean, there was blood on the comforter, the lamp shades had black mold all over them, the walls are paper thin, staff was EXTREMELY rude especially the cleaning crew that tried to kick us out before check out. Would never stay here again.

I was really looking forward to a bath but it was only a stand up shower. After my shower, the sink in my room was clogged and full of water the backed up into it. Check out is 11 am but housekeeping i terrupted my sleep 3 times from 830-1040 including walking into my room twice. Poor continental breakfast. I recommend for everyone to stay somewhere else.

Phone didn’t work and wasn’t able to communicate with the front desk to ask for towels. There weren’t no towels in the bathroom or in the room.

I always stay here when i come in town to perform with my band. Great location. Great staff. I feel like the deposit dor incidentals is rather high but other than that its great for the price.

Hotel needs updating. There was stains on the wall and the shower and toilet had cracks in them.

The toilet in our room was running all night, the staff came up and told me to just shut the bathroom door. I also had them come up because the heat/air unti was louder than most. I know that those units aren't exactly quiet but this one sounded like it needed some service. The solution they gave was to turn it off. So let the room get really stuffy basically. The staff was no help. I booked through ******* and they werent much more help. I very rarely get a hotel room, ******* gave $15 in key points or something, something i will probably never use.I was told the hotel was fully booked, which I highly doubted, and that I could not get any kind of discount. If it wasnt already later when we got back to our room and settled I would have left and asked for my money back. Would not stay there again.
