很棒的一間B&B旅館。外觀很低調，店裡的工作人員很熱情，説這是一幢有三百年歷史的Georgian townhouse了。裝修風格是真的有那味了，樓裏也很安靜，住得特別很舒服，早餐也很可口，往鬧市區的公交也不少，旅館門口就有得坐。

Just had a lovely three night stay, a recent 70th birthday gift for my husband. Very comfortable room, quite cosy. Stayed in room 11, which was on suite and faced on to the garden area which was nice and quiet. Only downfall was it's a fair climb to the top, as on the top floor. So bear in mind if you have poor mobility, as couldn't see a lift. Breakfast was nice and adequate. Plenty of choice. The waitress were all very friendly and helpful. Journey in to the city couldn't be easier. Directly across the road runs several buses, we used to check with the driver anyway, Princess St is nearest to the attractions. Fantastic Christmas market, buildings all lit up nicely too. Great atmosphere. All in all a good trip. Dec 2024

We stayed over the weekend for a little get-a-way. First the bad. The beds are hard- could use a mattress topper. And the king is two beds pushed together so a bit of a crevice. Again, a mattress topper would help. There was a bit of an odor when we arrived in our room. But it dissipated. The breakfast is mediocre. Not horrible, not great. There is a hot tap and cold tap in bathroom which makes washing your face a pain. Having said that. The good. The location is excellent. Quick bus into the Royal Mile or a short walk. The bus stop is right across the street. The room was clean and well equipped. The hostess was lovely. I would stay again for the price point and quick access to the main attractions.

The stuff was very friendly! But the room was cold and the breakfast was terrible. Its not worth the money. The area was good a nice walk to the center of Edinburgh took about 20 minutes or catch a bus. Lots of good resturants and bars near the hotel.

When you arrive there is free parking on the drive which is an absolute godsend in Edinburgh, key safe with your key (code texted previously) we were on first floor with an en-suite room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely just enough of everything, no complaints at all , overall for the money we paid I would definitely recommend staying here . Thank you for a stress free break away

Lovely room with a sink and cute interior. The lady who made us breakfast was amazing. Every morning she was very cheerful and kind to us. A good selection of breakfast in the mornings as well Also very close to the city centre so that was a nice plus

Great location, we did catch a taxi into town as it was raining and we didn't really know where we were going. We did find a great pub in the next block for dinner on both nights. Our accommodation was nice, we had the executive double room. Breakfast is sufficient. Clean room.

Massively overpriced for what was a very dated room with shared bathroom, very impersonal as no reception just a voice through an intercom and quite frankly terrible breakfast (cooked hours before, no choice, long life croissants in plastic packaging, Room keys from safes at front door with rather obvious codes.
