建築外觀高級，但房間內一般，衞生間很差，水壓低到沒辦法洗頭，淋浴門關不上，導致水流到外面，而且地面很滑，非常危險⚠️

Not our first time here, however the girl at the front desk this time around has a crappy rude attitude She wouldn’t even say hello to me but to my husband since they were old acquaintances she kept asking personal questions about if he still kept in contact with her ex. After I posted my review on Google during my stay her attitude got worse. Petty, childish behavior. Doggie friendly hotel is the only plus side. Rooms are okay, small in size In the early morning you can hear the dumpster trucks driving around even if you’re in the 9th floor Also has a bar in the lobby which seems to be only open 5-11 except Sundays No actual parking only valet which is 19 a night but the guys running the valet are quick to retrieve your vehicle…a lot of bars and restaurants in the area within walking distance

The hotel is amazing, we stayed in a double bed room. One of the beds was perfect but the other mattress needs to be replaced. It was well worn in but other than that room was perfect!

The bed is very comfortable. There is a daily fee to park at the hotel if you have a car. 10.00 per day The staff was friendly. Easy walk to down town. The rooms are very small. No sitting area other than the bed. The suites may be bigger. we were out and about most of the trip. For a long stay I would look for a larger room. The restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent food.

We asked for housekeeping after our first night and they did not touch the room or provide clean towels. Front desk was very pleasant and provided clean towels and coffee replenishment upon request. Valet serice for car was prompt and courteous, with the exception of parking after dark; there is no access driveway and you need to understand it is the valet asking for your keys when you are not in front of the entryand they are not wearing any uniform to ID them as hotel employees.

I really liked the way the hotel was integrated with the older structure , also the rooms with 4 per floor was great. The staff qas awesome and the bar was very nice. I will stay at an Aloft again.

I did not like that there is no parking for hotel guests, only valet which you have to pay for!

So very comfortable I didn't want to leave. The restaurant provides room service, and the food is great.

Excellent accommodations-we had a corner room. King bed was very comfortable/pillows too. Very roomy and great location to many great restaurants and 5 mins walk to the Plaza Theatre. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
