Short version: extremely rude girl at the front desk and dirty rooms. Longer version: arrived late at the hotel after a day of travel and first the keys to the room (on ground floor) didn’t work. The girl at the front desk showed zero customer service, wasn’t apologetic or nice and gave us keys to another room, this time on the second floor. Since my husband was on crutches, I asked nicely if there were any rooms at all on the ground floor and she said no. My husband made it up the stairs very slowly only for us to find the room completely dirty, it wasn’t cleaned at all and even the comforter was on the floor. So my husband had to crutch down the stairs and we went back to the front desk where the girl was annoyed to see us again and had to deal with us, like this was all our problem somehow. We then got a room on the first floor! When I brought up the fact I asked about first floor rooms, the girl rolled her eyes looking at the laptop and mumbled “oh.my.god!” under her chin! Seriously, like we were somehow being unreasonable. We’ve stayed at highway hotels/motels before but have never had such horrible customer service or cleanliness issues. The room we ultimately got had decent sheets/pillow cases but bed skits were gross with particles on it, wall had splatter marks, floor was dirty with grimey parts and the tub was awful as well. Thankfully we only had one night here. We took pictures. Avoid this place at all cost.
