The room was specious. However, when entering the hotel there is a moldy odor. The included breakfast was poor and uninviting.
The receptionist when we arrived was not courteous and uncaring.
While the hotel was practically empty, only a handful of guest, we asked to get another chair for the room (there was only one chair). The receptionist said that it's impossible since they are needed in the other (empty) rooms. After some encouragement, she spoke with the manager who authorized to bring another chair so that we could both sit at the same time. Perhaps some training in customer's service would be beneficial to the evening shift receptions.
In contrast the following morning receptionist was very courteous and helpful.
