We had an excellent staycation at this hotel. They upgraded our sea view room to a family Villa with balcony and sea view. The staff specially Ivana at reception, Danilo who loaded luggage in our car and Lourds who assisted us with breakfast were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The international breakfast buffet was very yummy and fulfilling. The room was neat, clean, spacious with all required amenities. Overall it was an excellent staycation and I definitely recommend to visit this hotel for a joyful treat.

We chose the Ritz-Carlton, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, to celebrate my wife's birthday. One night in the desert to relax, in-between the beautiful but hectic environment that is Dubai. I have to mention Mr Anup Kumar, who was continuously in touch with me from the moment I made the reservation until after we left. When I asked him about any special arrangements that could be made for my wife's birthday, he proposed several ideas over the span of multiple days, which were gladly accepted. We enjoyed a luxurious limousine transfer from Dubai to the resort and a special BBQ dinner way out in the desert with private chefs. Everything was so personalised, with extreme attention to detail -- no corners were cut, which is very commendable! I told my wife during the golf cart ride that Mr Kumar made all the arrangements and he was so kind to say it was all my idea ;-) On our day of departure we were told this was the first time they had organised something like this, which certainly made us feel special, but it is amazing what they were able to put together with limited time and experience. And then I didn't even mention the villa we stayed in yet, which by itself was so spacious and luxurious, anything one could ever need. They even told us we could keep the hats provided :-) In the morning we enjoyed a floating breakfast in the pool with the BEST eggs benedict ever! We had many highlights during our holiday in Dubai, but staying at this resort is surely one we'd like to repeat!

リゾートは素晴らしいです。間違いなくRAKで最高のリゾートの1つです。私たちはコブロータナで新年と記念日を過ごし、素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。私たちはすべての特別な治療で本当にうまく世話をされました。シナモンの食べ物は素晴らしく、リゾートのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。 部屋にチェックインしたところ、与えられた部屋にはバルコニーもバスタブもなかったことがわかりました。NYEに多額の支払いをしたため、アップグレードをリクエストしました。 Taraという名前のスタッフが、アップグレードを本当に迅速に手伝ってくれました。 ハウスキーピングの男は最も甘かった。彼は私たちのベッドをよく飾り、記念日の願いが込められたボードも置いた!! また、ブレーカーズビーチバーにはミンというスタッフがいました。彼は素晴らしい人です。モヒートを注文し、ソーシャルメディア用だったので、見栄えが良い必要があると彼に伝えました。彼は私に最高のものをくれたことを確認し、また私がイチゴモヒートを選ぶべきだと提案しました. それから彼は、私たちがバーに持っていなかったので、彼がグラスにモヒートを与えることは不可能だと言いました. 代わりに、私たちはサンベッドで休んでいるビーチにいました.彼が私が少し動揺しているのを見たとき、彼は私たちにガラスをビーチに連れて行かせてくれました。なんて素晴らしい男!!! 全体的に素晴らしい経験をし、家族や友人と楽しい時間を過ごしたいすべての人にこのリゾートを強くお勧めします。

The hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.

We flew in from this hotel yesterday. I was very satisfied with the service at the hotel, always ready to help you with any question with a smile. The food in the restaurant is wonderful, especially the desserts. The rooms in the hotel certainly need renovation, in my opinion. A punctual driver takes you to the beach and shopping malls. Well, yes, there's not much to do in Ras al Khaimah except the sea, but we knew where we were going, so our vacation was wonderful. I thank the staff of the Ras Al Khaimah Hotel for a wonderful vacation.
