Staff is never out at the front desk, when you make requests of them they make it seem like you are inconveniencing them. Signs in the room indicate dish packages will be delivered to your room, the staff makes the guests pick it up from the lobby themselves. Other guests take it upon themselves to clean parts of the hotel (I.e. pool area) because it is so neglected by the staff and would rather do it themselves than sit around filth. The breakfast area is never stocked, even at 7:30 in the morning, when it gets restocked they often exclude some of the food items.
