It is not a hotel, it's a dump. Our room reeked of chlorine when we had checked in. When we asked the staff to change the room, they said they overbooked. Then they refused to clean our room, because "everyone is gone already". We then asked them for extra towels to make a quick wet cleaning to decrease the scent of the chlorine. The pictures will show you how the floors of the room prepared for a check-in look like. Avoid at all costs. 1/5 is too much for that abomination.

Decent hotel with good amenities. Helpful staff The negative was several of the tv channels did not have a signal for the whole time there (fox station and cbs).

First room was very stinky I got sick from the smell mildew was in the bathroom and green scum on the shower head pull out bed was dirty and had food and crumbs on it my room was changed but this room had a few small roaches and the private bedroom door didn’t lock and the door was broken and we really wasn’t able to get breakfast because it was always gone we had to go to get our keys renewed because they never worked this place use to be so much better I really wanted to get a refund for this trip

Staff is never out at the front desk, when you make requests of them they make it seem like you are inconveniencing them. Signs in the room indicate dish packages will be delivered to your room, the staff makes the guests pick it up from the lobby themselves. Other guests take it upon themselves to clean parts of the hotel (I.e. pool area) because it is so neglected by the staff and would rather do it themselves than sit around filth. The breakfast area is never stocked, even at 7:30 in the morning, when it gets restocked they often exclude some of the food items.

Staff was very nice but the carpet in the hallway was dirty. The bathroom had hair in the bathtub and on the toilet. There was a red substance on the bathroom floor.

No service at front desk. No availability of bedding after 8P. No blow dryer. The included breakfast was weak coffee. See pic. Trying not to be overly dramatic, but felt like I was checking in to halfway house.

Long hairs on the bed linen (not mine because I'm bald). Ad said free breakfast. First morning there was coffee and nothing else. Second morning there was a small rack with granola bars, and the coffee was out by 7:45am and never refilled.

Poor service. No hot breakfast. The items that were available for breakfast were not replenished. Not enough linens on hand for the sofa bed. Found a bug in our bathroom.
