Not bad have slept on better would never go back to this hotel bar kept running out of beer on Friday and Saturday and on Sunday night informed again they had no beer from the taps and the shocking thing was been informed by a manager at 22.00 if we wanted more beer we would have to go to the Garage to get some shocking information from a manager. Breakfast was ok very busy not much to do around hotel when I holidays shuttle bus takes 8 people at the airport there was a queue for the shuttle so we had to get taxis never again

Hotel is fresh, clean, visually fun, we’ll located for the Meade Hall and convenient with the mall attached. I got in after a very long international flight quite early in the morning with hopes they could squeeze me in, and Frank at the front desk worked miracles. Not only did he get me in, but he upgraded me! I came for my first trip to Heimtextil and the location was perfect. The mall attached made it super easy for coffee, snacks, groceries if needed, clothing items you may have forgotten. The room is clean, fresh, has meaningful extras like a towel warmer. The bed is firm and supportive and the pillows were good too. I normally get neck pain after sleeping on hotel pillows but not here. 10 out of 10 great service!!!

invited to a meeting in Frankfurt, I was offered this hotel. It wasn't my choice, but I didn't question it through the Accor seal, which always refers to comfortable stays. The location is not privileged in every sense: whether traveling for work or pleasure. Neighboring the train line, those who stay with a window facing the street will feel, even with an anti-noise window, the noise of the wagons during the day. Large, simple, clean apartments, but without great comforts. An exceptional highlight is breakfast, which is extremely complete with delicious delicacies.

Very clean hotel - The great staff , especially Abdullah Kwaidi and Justin, they are very helpful - the room has a coffee machine and air conditioning and amenities - car Parking under the hotel - lobby sessions and outdoor sessions - there are most services near the hotel

We were in Frankfurt several times during a visit to family and traveling with a group in Gernany and France this year. We were in the adagio for several days, with my wife and I in one room, and three friends in another. I found a mostly-new hotel with rooms with kitchenettes sitting next to the Marriott, with rooms about half the price. I especially liked that we could cook in the adagio and not have to go out if we didn't want to. We could also go down to the lobby and grab a beer or coffee ( you pay for it, of course) in a pinch. Buffet breakfast ( but I didn't eat it) was about 20 euros. The place seemed empty. I asked the front desk fellow if it was new. He said they opened 6 years ago, but for 2.5 years, no one came---so yes, basically, new. Right in the middle of Frankfurt. Highest recommendation. Enjoy your travels.

Got upgraded as frequent Accor Hotel user. Privilege room is very nice, overlooking a small park, quiet neighbourhood, queen bed, tremendous shower, & good lighting. 2 blocks from main train station in Mainz, which is a beautiful city. Nice towels & bedding as well as soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner dispensers. Room is reasonably quiet but with a little bit of traffic noise when windows open. Gift of 2 free drinks on check-in for my wife & I, which was a very nice touch. Also in easy walking distance of old town & many museums & cathedrals - many of which are pedestrian only streets also filled restaurants, bars & shops. Downside - only 1 English TV station (France 24) despite listing BBC, CNN, etc that actually have no signal. TV is small (much smaller & fewer stations than Mercure in Frankfurt). Advised safe not working on Saturday check-in at 3 PM, but never fixed before we left on Tuesday (although Monday was holiday). No light at inside front door. Coffee cups are too tall to fit under Krups machine & no milk (even powdered). Fridge is truly tiny & doesn’t keep anything cold. Small bar & restaurant only open for breakfast (€20 each). Location great, room nice & staff friendly so would stay again despite disappointments.

Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende mit unserem Hund dort. Die Zimmer sind zwar ”in die Jahre gekommen” jedoch sauber. Unser Zimmer lag ggü. den Sportplätzen (also nicht direkt über dem Eingang), somit ruhig. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Personal war aufmerksam und wenn etwas fehlte wurde umgehend aufgefüllt. Sehr gut ist auch, dass Hunde im mit in den Frühstücksraum dürfen. Preis/Leistung war in Ordnung Wir werden es wieder buchen.
