It was five years ago we first came to the Held for our Silver Wedding Anniversary as we honeymooned very nearby. Now we were back for our 30th. Friends joined us on this occasion and the whole five day experience was a total delight. Staff and management, or to be more correct, all ‘the family’ were fantastic and we were treated like royalty. We used all the facilities other than the bikes (!) and dined so we’ll I am still trying to loose the weight. Everyone had a great time and I even got a chance to have a full day’s walk up the local mountain where the views back were amazing. There seriously is nothing I believe the whole team could have done more to enhance our experience and for this we are both so very very grateful. Thank you.

Only English couples (x 2) staying in hotel, daily menu translations provided and nothing too much trouble. Food and wine excellent, service up to usual Austrian standards. Not cheap but still value for money. Stayed in two first floor Spieljoch superior rooms, beautiful stone pine clad, comfortable and daily maid service/cleaning totally inobtrusive. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you family Held.

The Held Hotel was above and beyond our expectations! The staff were very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. They asked what our daily adventures were and gave helpful information,(Alberto, so kind). The hotel was accommodating for All ages. We were traveling with our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughters. We chose the meal plan. That had Gluten free and soy free for the family allergies. Exceptional! Breakfast buffet was so easy to fit into our daily plan. (7:15-10:30). They offered a lunch snack. But favorite for my granddaughters was the tea and cake (3-5). We made it back from our trip for them! The dinners were gourmet , different every night and wonderful. My fav was Salmon and risotto. They didn’t disappoint with dessert. And time for my daughter and husband to have some alone time in the sauna while we had time with our grandchildren at the pool . So grand! The natural pool was a hit with everyone. The hotel is centrally located to so many venues for family outings during the summer. We are planning a return from Florida, USA for next year!! Can’t wait!

Nice team, beautiful and clean hotel, excellent food and wellness. Quiet situated and comfortable with shuttlebus from hotel to pick you up from nearby trainstation. They can bring you also to the ski facilities during daytime.

My 3rd stay in hotel Held and it only gets better. Best hotel and spa facilities. Food was superb with very creative and delicious vegan dinner menu. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will surely recommend. Michael.

We returned to the fabulous Hotel Held for the third time this February. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children and stayed in a superior spieljoch room and a double room. As always the level of service was superb and the overall experience exceptional. The team are warm, friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, each time we have visited there has been a new area which has been upgraded which further enhances the experience. The food is truly wonderful and it is like visiting a Michelin starred restaurant every night, every mouthful was delicious and the presentation stunning. Breakfast is also fantastic and the cakes in the afternoon are both welcome and delicious. The spa facilities are brilliant here and we happily spent an hour or two at the end of the day in this very relaxing environment The hotel is ideally placed for the local ski resorts and has a great, spacious well laid out ski room. I suppose in current times mention should be made of the covid rules. At all times we felt entirely safe, the hotel is always pristinely clean and the additional measures currently required such as masks and hand gel were managed effectively and unobtrusively and in no way detracted from the holiday experience We hope to visit again next year Thank you so much for a wonderful and much needed break.

We just had one night at the hotel Held but it was enough to be sure that we'll be back. Everything well organised, the suite was just beautiful, the food really tasty and the wellness just one and only.
