"インスブルックの地上状況による予期せぬ迂回のため、ホテルへの到着は7時間遅れました。夕食は既に終わっており、レストランは閉店間際でした。私たちは二人ともお腹が空いていて、とても疲れていました。すると、ホストのトミーが私たちのために特別にキッチンを開けてくれ、素晴らしい肉料理や野菜料理、その他様々なご馳走を用意してくれました。これ以上ないほど素晴らしい滞在の始まりでした。スタッフの方々も最高でした。部屋の質から朝食、ウェルネス施設に至るまで、全てが一流です。必ずまた泊まりに来ます。"

"It is a good hotel in zillertal, very good spa, family pool, adults pool, restaurant variety is very good, dog friendly, it has free shuttle to the ski slopes, but the panorama room that we had was not renovated, it had old furniture. Amazing family atmosphere. Staff very friendly."

"Extremely lovely and friendly staff and relaxed environment. Clean and nice rooms. The ski bus to Hochfugen stops at the hotel and the cable car up to Spieljoch is within walking distance. Nice spa facilities and ski storage at the hotel and very family friendly hotel."

"The SCOL is predominantly a family hotel. It is perfectly located in the heart of Fugen village and has its own ski bus stop right outside. The hotel room I had was pretty good. Clean and well appointed. However the WiFi in the hotel is awful. This review was written in the hallway outside the room because it simply didn’t work in the room. Obviously this was just my own experience and other rooms may be ok. But having to work was not possible. The food is adequate and there is a lot of it. One really lovely feature is the incisive drinks during dinner. The wellness area is a little tired but adequate too. Overall a positive experience but compared to other hotels it lacks the finesse. The receptionist Heinrich was absolutely superb and very funny. All said and done if the internet worked it’d get another star !"

"Very nice suites. Clean and huge! Modern fitness room with high-quality equipment! Excellent food, excellent service, owner friendly and very helpful. Ideal for families. Pizzeria in the building. Bicycle cellar, ski room, parking, everything there. Wellness area with 360° view over the Zillertal on the roof! Wonderful pool with counter-current system and bubble seats. Elevator leads to every floor."
