Excellent experience! We chose to enjoy our summer vacation here once again for a second year in a row. Our kid is always exceptionally happy with everything that the hotel provides and she can't wait to go there! The staff is on another level- always smiling and happy to help and make you feel at home. I remember our first vacation here. When we entered everyone at the reception welcomed us warmly, the interior was breathtaking and modern. The second time was no different, well done! The food is very delicious and there is always something for everyone even the kids. Our child adores the kids' pool, very nicely done. The rooms are beautiful and the sea view amazing. Cleaning is daily and professionally done. Thank you! Chef Rossen is as expected very nice and caring if the guests are feeling well particularly if the kiddos are happy with the dishes. :) The lifts are with a nice view, the sofas on the second floor are very soft and the place is perfect just to chill in the afternoon or evening with board games, puzzles and whatnot with a refreshing drink from the bar. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet and fits perfectly a family with a child. The centre is just about 10 minutes away and there is a train if you want to look around. The beach is also well kept . All in all, I surely forget something but this is the nicest place we have ever found and I am very happy that my kid feels wonderful here. Me and my husband feel this way as well and are thankful for all the attention and wonderful memories. We will return next summer for sure! Keep up the good work! XOXO

Perfect location for a calm family holiday, further from the resort center, almost on the beach. All facilities work properly and are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good, fresh and tasty. Big variety every day. Difderent options for small kids. Vegetarian versions. Dessert table impressive, it is impossible to taste everything even for the biggest sweet tooth... Fresh vegetables and fruit. We enjoyed themed dinners very much - bulgarian, italian, mediteranian, Gala, etc. Kids liked the animation team a lot. There are sports and fun activities for everyone. Room was cleaned daily. Bed was very comfortable. The attitude towards guests is praiseworthy. Although the check in time is from 15:00 and we came before 11:00, we were served late brakfast and could enjoy other privileges (drinks, snack bar, ice-cream etc.), before we checked in. Our previous experience with Bulgaria was different at this point. On the whole - great place, great food, great staff and great holiday. P.S. Photos in their commercials corredpond to the reality.

Excellent family experience. The kitchen, lead by Rosen, is awesome, I even broke my strick calory diet for two weeks. The Animation team, lead by Preso is also very nice the liked all programs and team members very much :) The beach and the sea were perfect.

I recently visited this hotel and had a disappointing experience. The tables in the restaurant were in terrible condition - dirty and sticky as if they had never been cleaned. The food was far from acceptable as the meals were tastless and on some i have seen mold and after i ate at the restaurant i got a stomach ache. The rooms were clean and comfortable but could not make up for the terrible conditions in the restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this hotel

We really enjoyed our stay in Sentido Marea. We spend most time at the beach. Beach bar and snack bar were doing good work! Only one thing that we didn’t like was other people that were coming early in the morning (even at sunrise) and booked seats with the towels (even though it was said that it’s prohibited) so sometimes we couldn’t find a spot on sunbeds. Also the drinks were well prepared. Food was great. Fresh pancakes and waffles at breakfast and pasta and pizza for dinner were great. We loved beach party and Bulgarian themed night (dinner+show). We want to thank animators: Karina, Preso, Raya and Poli for making our stay so fun!

We stayed for a week and found the hotel to be well-organized and that it delivered on being all-inclusive. The restaurant was consistent, and the food was fresh, particularly salads. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, and the the common areas clean. The location is nice, away from the chintzy, trashy tourist stands down the strip. Our kids are older so they did not participate in the kids activities, but there were plenty of kids around. Evening events generally do not go too late, and the hotel is reasonably quiet by 11. We had two rooms and they were large and comfortable, if a little spartan. The only downside is that if you aren't at the beach first thing, you won't get a beach chair or umbrella. Despite the signage, everybody rushes to save a spot and then goes to breakfast, and some remained unused for a good portion of the day. The best time for the beach is late afternoon/evening, which works well because you can continue to use the chairs. Our party spoke both Bulgarian and English, and got along fine all week. If we return to Golden Sands we'd come back to this location.
