I always do a annual detox week and I have tried many centers in Turkey and in Italy, my favorite is Life Co. I have been coming now for over 10 Years . They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I come back feeling refreshed and skin glowing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are simple and clean .

This was way more than I expected , as I only went there only for some rest & relaxation & I ended up learning so much about health & nutrition & losing weight in the bargain. the amazing stay encompassed excellent included services by english speaking attentive, informed & professional staff, from wellness consultants, fitness coaches, yoga teacher, nurses, the on site Dr, the massage therapists,etc, all were excellent. i have also been following up the health, nutrition & fitness advice i received at home

I come here every year to detox and rewind. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.I come back feeling great and my skin glowing. All the toxins leaving your body makes your stomach better and skin. They other many problems from master detox to vegan options.

Excellent and exceptional detox center. I have been going there since 2016 and I keep getting amazing results every time. Very clean and well organized resort. Incredible hospitality and attention to detail. Very sweet staff all over the center honestly; they make your stay so easy and enjoyable. Top notch place without any doubt. A great investment in your health.

Don’t GO!!! Terrible experience, I left with my arm completely damaged. I pay a crazy amount of money to come and be even more healthy and in better condition. You end leaving feeling worse than you could’ve ever imagined. Few days ago, I did an IV perfusion for vitamin like the coach highly recommended me. “You will feel better it’s very good for you”. I decided to get one. The nurse completely destroyed my arm. He hit my nerve with the needle. I expressed my pain but he completely ignored my pain and showed me on his phone with google translate (don’t worry it’s nothing it’s only the muscle). It’s been 5 days now, the pain keeps getting worse. Be careful if you ever happen to go there, they clearly hire people that are inexperienced and you will end up wasting your money. They speak very poor English and don’t take seriously your pain. It’s such a shame because communication is extremely important when it comes to your health. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.

I booked at this place for 4 nights for the master detox, with view to extend for another 4 nights. The whole experience was a complete joke, the rooms are below basics, the facilities are below basic, however the staff are extremely rude and they do lack the basics when it comes to hospitality NeverMind being in a detoxing centre. They don’t speak English properly and when I ask for something, I always get the silence treatment. When I asked to speak to the manager, the reply he is busy or he will contact you in 10 minutes. For 370 euro per night, you can go to 5 stars resorts and do juice detox yourself. Trust me stay away from this shambolic place.

I went to LifeCo Bodrum after hearing many good things about the detox center and all my expectations were fulfilled. The entire team is competent and friendly, the place has all the amenities necessary to assist someone in their detox/ weight loss journey and the treatments they offer, either included or extra, are super efficient for achieving a healthy, lean body. I was very happy about my choice and I will certainly return.

This is the biggest gawk in my life. Pure crooks; no medical follow up; personnel hardly speaking English. Very old furniture in the rooms; uncomfortable beds.... You are given flavored water with spices all day long in addition to pils. When you ask what are these pills, the only answer you get is “ probiotic “!! Stay at home, eat 2 carrots and 2 lettuce ( that are for sure cleaner that the one they serve you at the life co ) and you loose the same weight at home. 75% of the services that are shown on their page are on extra basis.you cannot go out of the small street of the hotel as it is like walking in a pool. No taxi available in the area and even when you find a taxi to reach the lifeco; the access is extremely difficult - even Google is not able to locate the site-. Clearly very disappointing, unprofessional, expensive and of bad quality.

Life co is my place to go when I am stressed from daily life and feel I bloated from food and bad eating habits. You detox , you body is better, your face glows and you feel great . The staff are excellent and always helpful and smiling. Totally recommend
