В целом все понравилось. Только заселили не в Ресорт, а в Гарден. Сказали ваш отель закрылся, хотя после видела свет в номерах. Обман. Пришлось провести выходные в соседнем отеле.

Amazing stuff, delicious food and the vibe is so friendly here. For couples who are coming with children there is children club and great animation for them. Spa salon and massage are 10/10. The territory is so green and clean. Close to the hotel there are hookah places and a lot of stores. I would definitely come back here.

I have been visiting this hotel every year for several years. Emotions from a holiday in this hotel are always only positive. This is a small hotel with pleasant staff, delicious food, nice grounds and an excellent entertainment program. Entertainment in the hotel for adult vacationers (sports programs, evening quiz shows, competitions) and for children (mini club and mini disco). I would like to say a special thank you to the animation team for an amazing vacation, you guys are the best 👍🏻 If you are still wondering whether to choose this hotel, then now is the time to stop thinking and book and you definitely won’t regret it!

We spent in this hotel 10 nights in May, before the high season. The first impression wasn't good as it this the first hotel in Türkiye we had problem to communicate in English. Most of staff speaks or practice speaking Russian what was obvious when we realised that hotel is full of Russian speaking guests. So, if you want to feel comfortable and you want to communicate with staff not only using your hands, learn Turkish or Russian. It doesn't mean noone there speaks English - but you need to find this person. We had a room on 4 floor. The first one had some problems with air condition. They said that someone would come and fix it soon, but we asked of changing the room and we get nicer (the first one had visible signs of use) on the same floor with pool and mountains view. View was perfect! Unfortunately, entertainment program lasts till midnight and is really loud so if you want to sleep early better choose room without the view. Towels were changed every day however, there were days when bathroom was cleaned poorly. You have only one card for room so fridge is unuseful if you don't stay in room. Tv has Turkish, Russian and German channels. WiFi is paid after using 300 Mb. Costs are high enough to buy esim if you can. Food was good. Cold dishes and breakfasts were mainly the same, dinner had some different options. Grill food was really good, bit finishes quickly. Only apples and oranges, no other fruits. A lot of sweets, but not the best (Turkish deserts are delicious, you rather look for it in Kemer). In May there were enough sunbeds at pool and on the beach. Better have wather shoes - beach has stones, and there are stones in the sea. Entertainment was mosty for Russians - Russian music, karaoke etc. Some Turkish music when Turkish guests were in hotel on weekend. During the day music vary. Around the hotel you find some shops and travel agencies. People there speaks Russian, some speaks English. Summing up: not bad hotel if you don't look for luxury, but focusing on Russian guests may be annoying.

Can't believe we have come today to this hotel & there is not even a glass in the room! We have been on a week's tour around Turkey stayed in some lovely hotels that have bottles of water in the room, tea/coffee making facilities as well as glasses in the bathroom, not this hotel!! When I went to reception & asked about water, he said "from the lobby bar" I said "Thank you" as I was walking away he said "it is not free" 😲 Your in a country where you can not drink the water & that is what I got!! I went to the lobby bar, very nice young man gave me a bottle of water, I asked for a glass so my husband can take his medication 'no problem madam' The reception staff require a course in 'Customer Service' Put me right off before I even looked around the hotel!

The rooms are very poor. The big renovation is needed. Only two kinds of local strong alcohol. The wine red or white only. From fruits only apples and plums. The beer like non alcohol… Normal beer only with extra tax.
