このホテルを選んだのは、その場所、鉄道駅から歩いて行ける距離であり、市内の中心部です。駅から歩いていくのは思ったほど簡単ではありませんでしたが、道はかなり急に上がり、荷物が重い場合は歩くのが難しくなります。 私たちの部屋は大きく快適で、約束されたものがすべて予想以上に良かったです。 ホテルには屋根の上に小さな、本当に小さなプールがあり、ルーフバーといくつかのサンベッドがあり、座って飲み物を飲むのは問題ありません。プールでは、同時に2人までしか快適に過ごせません。私の意見では本当の冗談で、私たちはいくつかの品質とサイズのホテルのプールを期待していました。 朝食は落ち着いたエリアで、たくさんの選択肢があり、よく提供され、とても楽しかったです ホテルには中庭があり、周囲の多くの部屋や他の建物には窓があり、小さな音が何度も響き渡りますが、ほとんど静かではありません。

このホテルの価格/性能比は良好で、場所は市内中心部で非常に良好で、大聖堂は隣にあり、駐車場は便利ですが、ホテル全体の地形は少し複雑で、いくつかの建物、いくつかのエレベーターがあり、間違っている可能性があります部屋、多くのエレベーターはまだ修理中です、使用可能なエレベーター😂を見つけるために荷物を長い間ドラッグする必要があるかもしれません。ホテルの設備は比較的古く、部屋の大きさは大丈夫です。つまり、窓の反対側は基本的に人であり、非常に近く、景色を見ることができません。サービス態度も非常に一般的です。チェックイン時に部屋が間違っていたので、後で交換に行きました。サービススタッフはそれを認めませんでした。その後、交換する前に長い間戦い、謝罪はありませんでした。

We had a wonderful experience at the Gran Via. The rooms were impeccable; over a couple of different stays in December & January, we tried a regular room as well as the suites, all were lovely. I particularly recommend the junior suite with the mural on the ceiling (room #6), it was a really special room. The spa & hammam were small but really nice, a perfect way to decompress after work, skiing in the Sierra, etc. The location of the hotel is very central to the Granada cathedral area, as well as the Albaicin. Walkable to many restaurants, bars, & tourist sites. And the rooftop has beautiful views of the cathedral and the Alhambra. What really stood out is the service. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome & comfortable. Would definitely stay at the Gran Via again next time I'm in Granada.

We stayed here for 3 nights in June. The rooms were very spacious and modern. The bathroom was also very clean and modern. Toiletries were provided. The Location was good, it was around a 10-15min walk to good restaurants ect. Plenty of shops round the corner too. We needed a taxi to go to Al-hambra which took around 10-12mins. Train station 5mins walk away. Taxis were not too expensive. The breakfast buffet was also very nice, plenty of vegetarian options for us. All the staff at the hotel were polite and very helpful. Lobby has a nice seating area but we didn't get time to sit and relax. The bathroom doors are made from glass and have gaps in them which I didn't like. No iron or kettle in the room, so took my own which really added to my luggage space! I think they should provide these. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. I loved the room and giant bed.

We spent 3 nights in these suites & had a lovely stay. The suites are spacious, clean, great price & a fantastic city location. The bathrooms are huge & offer 2 showers! The staff are friendly & offer lots of good tips for getting around Granada. Really great team running the suites. The roof top pool is perfect for a cold dip after a long day exploring the beautiful streets of Granada. Parking is available & the reception team support accessing the lift to the carpark. Would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Granada & wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

私の家族はアルハンブラ宮殿のツアーでこのホテルに2泊しました。ダイニングルームを含むホテルの外の公共エリアは非常によく維持され、5-starの評価に値する可能性があります。内部の部屋は別の話でした。私たちは2つの部屋を占有しました。 1つは「スーペリアデラックスルーム」、もう1つは「クラシックシティビューダブルルーム」でした。 」どちらも同じ価格タグを持っていました。デラックスルームは広として明るく照らされていましたが、中央には役に立たないバスタブがあり、奇妙な配置がありました。さらに、部屋に入ったとき、部屋は下水のにおいがしました。彼らは同意せず、下水のにおいがないと主張しました。家族4人全員が下水のにおいがしたので、私はその反応に感謝しませんでした。私たちの滞在が短かったので、私は問題をエスカレートしませんでした。シティビュールームには、あまり見るスペースのない街を見下ろす小さな窓がありました。部屋は小さく、部屋にはツインベッドが2つ詰められており、照明が不十分でした。刑務所にいるような気分でした。両部屋のシャワードアが完全に閉じられていなかったので、水が飛び散りました。要するに、両方の部屋は標準以下であり、価格タグにまったく値していませんでした。旅行者への私の推奨事項は、他の場所に滞在することです。そこに滞在する必要がある場合は、下水のにおいがする小さな「シティビュー」ルームとデラックスルーム #331 を避けてください。私はスペインとその人がとてもフレンドリーで親切ですが、このホテルは好きではありません。

このホテルは5つ星ホテルですが、少し古いですが、サービスは私がスペイン旅行中に出会った中で最高の2つのうちの1つです。雨の日には傘を借りることもできます。部屋は少し古いですが、とても清潔感があります。アルハンブラ宮殿の入り口のすぐ隣、徒歩5分。空気は素晴らしく、静かです。ホテル前のとても美しい並木道をたどると、緩やかな下り坂で10分で市内中心部に到着します。アルハンブラ宮殿を訪れるのはとても良い選択です。

I stayed at this lovely hotel with my Mum to be near the hospital and it was an excellent hotel. Rooms were spotless, beds really comfortable and total black out windows. We had breakfast every morning it was exactly what we wanted. I would stay here again and would recommend the hotel to my friends and family. Owner very friendly he spoke with the residents every morning as he helped out his staff . Many thanks
