We spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home. The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression. The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings. Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy. The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm. One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food. Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

旅行の気分を台無しにしたくないなら、ここには泊まらないほうがいいでしょう。 スペイン旅行中、信頼できるスペインブランドを体験したかったので、メリアホテルをいくつか選びました。しかし、ここに泊まった後、他のメリアホテルの予約はすべてキャンセルしました。理由は簡単です。受付の対応がひどく、特にエルダというスタッフの対応がひどかったからです。 ホテルの他の部分はすべて良かったです。部屋は清潔で、ラウンジは素晴らしく、立地も便利でした。しかし、受付のせいで完全に台無しになってしまいました。 エルダは一度も挨拶をしてくれませんでした。予約内容の確認も、部屋やホテルのサービスについての説明も一切ありませんでした。最初に言われたのは、チェックインするには別のクレジットカードが必要だということでした。私が尋ねた後で初めて、それがデポジットだと教えてくれました。 その後、Googleのレビューを確認したところ、この問題は何年も前から指摘されているにもかかわらず、何の改善も見られないことがわかりました。受付を除く他のスタッフは皆親切でプロフェッショナルだったので、本当に残念です。 ⸻ 良い点 • モダンで新しく改装された客室 • 素晴らしい景色、食事、サービスが充実した素晴らしいラウンジ • 主要観光スポットまで徒歩圏内 • 空港バス停留所に近い 悪い点 • 受付スタッフの対応が悪く、歓迎してくれない • 防音対策が不十分。夜間は耳栓の使用をお勧めします

素晴らしいアパートでした。とても清潔で、各バスルームに強力なヘアドライヤー、塩と食用油、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、洗濯機など、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。街の中心部に位置し、歩くのにとても便利です。タクシーは少し外れたところに降ろされたので、アパートまで3～4分歩きました。友人グループはここでの滞在をとても気に入りました。ホストのカタリーナさんはとても親切でフレンドリーで、WhatsAppでの質問にもいつもすぐに返信してくれます。グラナダでこれ以上良い滞在先はないでしょう。

호텔 위치는 너무 좋았습니다 도보로 이동하기 참 편리했어요 객실은 402호로 배정 받았는데 1.2호는 로비에서 가장 안쪽에 위치한 별도 엘리베이터로 3층에 올라가 다시 1층을 가파른 계단으로 올라가야만 했습니다 ㅠㅠ 로비 직원과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 로비에서 캐리어 이고 지고 반층을 내려가고 난리도 아녔네요.. 로비에서 불과 열걸음 남짓인데 직접 알려주시지 ㅠㅠ 안내가 미흡했다고 생각해요 그리고 2박 머무는 동안 너무 추웠습니다.. 실내와 실외 온도차로 창문에 물이 계속 고였고 웃공기가 너무 차서 잠을 설쳤어요 화장실도 너무 추워서 새벽에 화장실 갈때면 오들오들 떨었습니다 반면 수압은 강해서 뜨신물 잘 나옵니다 알함브라 뷰는 아니었지만 객실 밖 중정? 테라스 흡연 구역 잠깐 나가서 성당 뷰 정도는 볼수 있었어요

眺め、サービスが最高なホテルです！ 朝食会場からの眺めや部屋からの眺めが最高です！ 朝のバイキングも種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 ぜひ朝ごはんは食べていただきたい。 スタッフの方のサービスにも感謝しかないです！ こちらの要望に親切に答えてくださり、とても助かり良い旅行になりました。 アルハンブラ宮殿に違くすぐ入れます。 少し歩きますが市内へも徒歩でいけました。 お値段に見合ったホテルだと思います！

Lo que dicen del parking es mentira, te envían a un parking cebteico donde nunca hay aparcamiento y después si te vas a otro parking no te pagan la tarifa del taxi.

ホテルは駅からとても近く、徒歩約4分です。部屋は広々としていて清潔で、バスタブなど設備も充実していました。朝食はボリュームたっぷりで、美味しい料理がたくさんありましたが、お腹が空いていたので少し残念でした。ホテルの目の前にバス停があり、グラナダ行きのバスは1.6元で、1時間以内であれば乗り換えもできます。チケットを買い直す必要はありません。

This Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain. 

Todo muy limpio , mi habitación era de no fumadores y al entrar golia se ve que iban fumado pero por lo demás buffet de lujo la atención y todo la ubicación a 20min del centro
