グラーツのジム付きホテル

The Mercure in Graz .is a lovely clean hotel beautiful staff nothing to much for them .Room are fab .you couldn't ask for anymore. I can't wait to go back there .hopefully next year or the year after.

Plus points - the location is good and the rooms are a decent size with decent facilities Minus points - the staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss - some where great, some not so helpful. The room service was a bit patchy - one day no towels, another day tea and coffee not replenished. The parking was also not ideal - I booked this hotel because it had hotel parking. I arrived around 10pm and was told the car park was full and I'd have to find somewhere to park myself either on the road outside or search the internet for a car park close by! Not really what I wanted to hear having travelled for around 12 hours - fortunately there was one remaining space fairly close which was a relief. We were lucky for the remainder of our stay that we managed to get a space in the undeground car park. If you do get a space the car park is really good - well lit, modern and easy to park with good room for each parking space. Overall our stay was ok.

Friendly and polite staff, perfect breakfast! Parking availability , either the hotel's or across the street on public parking. Reasonable distance from city center aproximataly 15min walk. Clean and huge room, comfy and large bed! Need to say more?

素敵で清潔な部屋、かなり広としていて、2人で十分です。マイナス面は、朝食に1人あたり20ユーロ以上追加料金を支払わなければならないことが明確ではなく(私たちは拒否しました)、ミニバーのアイテムは無料ではないことです(私は何も消費しませんでしたので、しかし、アイテムに記載されている価格がないため、それらが無料であると仮定した人を責めることはありません)。

When in Graz, i always stay there. A hotel that is located right in the center of Graz, easy to reach via public transportation, next to the Opera house and Jakominiplatz. The interior is modern and almost luxury and very clean. I always enjoy the rich ”styrian type” breakfast.

We had a super stay for three nights and used the 3 for 2 nights option. It included breakfast and parking. Pool area is very stylish and relaxing. Breakfast is just what you wish for, but you feel that they do not waste as much food as other hotels Location is ok, walking distance to main sights. Staff is extraordinary, we had some requests and within minutes they were fulfilled. We will return for sure.

素晴らしいホテルととても素敵なスタッフ。市内中心部のホテル、レストランやショッピングに近い。ホテルの部屋でヘッドフォンを忘れてしまいました。掃除婦がそれらを見つけ、スウェーデンで私に送ってくれました。素晴らしい朝食ビュッフェ!快適なベッドと枕。とてもきれい。私は以前に滞在し、再びグラーツにいる場合、同じホテルに戻ります。すべてが良い!

街のちょうど中央に、片側に片道があり、車を運転する友人が初めて慎重に運転する予定です。非常に良い場所、主要な観光スポットに非常に近い、歩いて行ける距離、城から少し遠い。ホテルはもともと古代の建物で、床はバタバタしていました。ホテルは鉢植えでいっぱいでした。朝食は豊富です。

Amazing experience. This is how hotels should be run. Every staff we encountered was kind and professional. Breakfast was a treat. The art throughout the hotel is extraordinary and adds a taste of whimsy. So well located, with numerous restaurants nearby. However, the hotel menu is varied and well priced. We will be back.
