Quick check in, very polite front officers, room free upgrade, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast, large variety and had a late check out ! Only things we didn't appreciate, during the breakfast, tea was served in a disposable glass !

この魅力的なホテルは空港のすぐ近くにあります。スタッフはとても温かくフレンドリーで、ゲストを丁寧におもてなししてくれます。客室は清潔で広々としており、90年代の5つ星ホテルを彷彿とさせます。様々なイベントなどを開催するのに十分なスペースがあるので、結婚式に最適な場所です。 唯一にして最大の欠点は、ホテルのレイアウトです。ホテルの設計上、客室がメインのエレベーターホールからかなり離れているため、端から端までの移動が大変です。オーナー/経営陣には、エレベーターと階段のロビーをもう1つ設置することを強くお勧めします。

朝食の種類は多くなく、パンとねり粉、目玉焼きだけです。 ルームサービスは比較的貧弱で、バスアメニティは故意に残されており、フロントデスクに電話して頼むのを待っており、配達時にチップを渡すのを待っています。部屋代は500以上で、価値がないと感じます。しかし、方法はありません。ここに住んでいないとさらに悪いことになります。

Even though it was a five-star hotel, the Wi-Fi in the room was so poor that it was difficult to hold remote meetings.

Friendly and helpful staffs, question was answer promptly. Spacious room, clean and neat.

Courtyard by Marriott: A Class Apart The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread. Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Amazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here. But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention: 1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition. 2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt. You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

スタッフは素晴らしいです。本当に良いサービス。部屋は少し古いですが...きれいです。快適。ラジャコットにいいです。 レストランでの食べ物は良いです。ラジコットの食べ物は純粋なベジタリアンですが。そして揚げた。調理済み。カリカリで油っぽい。 ホテルの近くにLIETO(職人ピザなど)と呼ばれる素晴らしいピザ屋があり、RAJKOTのすべてで最高です。 絶好のロケーションですが、道路の騒音とホーンが耐えられないので、通りに面していない部屋をお願いします

Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do... No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk.... Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too. They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here. Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating. Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around
