From the moment we arrived until the very last minute we were treated with unprecedented pampering! Elisa was there from beginning to end and along with her manager made our short stay during a heatwave season a wonderfully pleasant surprise. The shower, the bed and breakfast were great. Beyond that though, the understanding in accommodating our needs when we arrived before the check-in time and needed a place to get changed for the wedding was such a nice treat. Also the several discounts and facilitation of processes whenever possible was something we had never experienced before. We are certainly coming back and recommending this hotel! Congratulations on the quality of your service. Also really nice to see the incentive for reducing impact on the environment by offering vouchers whenever we skip a day on getting the room to be cleaned.

I would highly recommend this hotel! It was truly exceptional! Breakfast was very good, rooms were clean and the mattress was extremly comfortable. I was especially with the friendliness of the staff who were more than accomodating in every way! Thank you very much! I would definitely consider staying here again.

· Hotel Halbert are doing everything right to ensure that guests have an excellent stay. Every member of staff that we dealt with was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to assist. Our arrival was 4 1/2 hours late which meant early hours of the morning arrival but we were given excellent directions and were met by the night porter. Our messages to the hotel were promptly replied to and informative. Two days of our stay we had an early start so would have missed breakfast but we were given very good 'breakfast bags to go' which we appreciated. The hotel breakfast is very good. The room was well-equipped and very generous in size. Een prima hotel voor als uitvalsbasis naar de stad Groningen de kamer was netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk gratis parkeren van de auto en er zijn ook oplaadpunten aanwezig het ontbijt is van half 7 tot 10:30 uur. Al met al ben ik dik tevreden over mijn verblijf in het Best Western Hotel.
