ホテルは山の上に位置しており、車でのアクセスが必要なため不便です。ロビーは最上階にあり、青いプールと緑の山々の素晴らしい景色を望めます。スタッフは親切で、チェックインと受付を全て代行し、最後に署名するだけで済みます。客室はアンティーク調で清潔で衛生的です。裏口から山の景色を望む小さな庭園に出られます。朝食と夕食はビュッフェ形式で、種類も豊富ですが、夕食は水のみの無料ドリンク、朝食はジュースと牛乳が含まれています。 スリッパ、歯ブラシ、櫛は備え付けられていませんが、これはスリランカのホテルの多くに共通しています。また、レストランは混雑していませんでしたが、スタッフは常に壁際や柱側のテーブルを割り当てられ、景色の見える窓やガラスドアのある席は提供されませんでした。これは中国人客が多いためでしょうか。外国人客にはより多くの席が与えられているようです。

この丘のホテルとホームステイが集まって開いており、景色は自然に良いです。通路は少しかび臭いです、部屋は大丈夫です。朝食ビュッフェは許容範囲です。屋上の夕食、シーフードは良くありません、エビは凍っています。金持ちは朝出かけて象を散歩し、チェックアウト時に果物を用意します。もし出会ったら、象に餌をやることができます。とても面白いです。

Отель красивый, очень просторный номер, можно заказать ужин в номер, цены как в кафе для туристов, порции очень большие. Хороший вид на озеро и зеленые растения. Есть кондиционер, фен и все необходимое. Очень приветливый персонал.

Тихий отель с манговым садом. Еда разная, есть и вкусное и совсем острое, внимательнее. Спа не берите, массаж делать не умеют совсем. Ночью бегали обезьяны по крыше, кстати, громыхали там что-то. Слонов не видели. А так все супер

とても良いホテルでした。中心部に位置し、観光スポットや地元の名産品やお土産を売っているお店にも近いです。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。部屋は清潔で快適でした。広いバルコニーもありました。本当におすすめです！

Красивый отель, с впечатляющим лобби. Два бассейна, правда непонятно зачем нужен который поменьше, ну да ладно. Второй Инфинити пул с видом на джунгли классный, но вода была прохладной, долго купаться было неприятно. Всего 1 ресторан :( На ужин в буфете был очень вкусный куриный суп, на удивление. Так как обычно в буфете супы не вкусные. Номер хороший, но так как плохие двери на балкон, всю ночь не мог уснуть из-да лая собак за окном. Кровать очень удобная.

We recently stayed at W15 Glenfall Nuwara Eliya on a bed & breakfast basis, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We were given one of the most centered rooms with the largest balcony, offering a lovely view — definitely a highlight of our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, with tea and coffee making facilities available. The interior felt luxurious and cozy, and the entire property is well maintained. The washroom was quite large, with basic amenities provided, and they mentioned via WhatsApp that any additional items could be requested. However, I requested two dental kits and even followed up twice, but unfortunately they were not delivered. Check-in was smooth and quick, and parking is conveniently available with a friendly and helpful security officer. The small lawn area is also nicely maintained and adds to the charm of the property. Their pre-order dining system is quite efficient, dinner needs to be ordered before 6 pm and breakfast before 10 pm the previous night. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the English breakfast, which was very well prepared. The staff were generally attentive and helpful, contributing positively to the stay. However, it would be nice to see a welcome drink at check-in, and since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, a small gesture like a cake or simple decoration would have made it more special. Also, the rooms are not fully soundproof, as some noise from the kitchen and lobby could be heard. Overall, it’s a beautiful and comfortable property in Nuwara Eliya, ideal for a relaxing getaway. With a few improvements in attention to detail, the experience could be even better. 🌿✨

A Hidden Gem – Perfect Honeymoon or Quiet Getaway This place is truly a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for a honeymoon couple or anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway. Travel tip: From Colombo, you can catch a direct bus to Nuwalapitiya. We didn’t know this and went via Kandy, which made the journey longer than necessary. If we had known, we would have taken the direct bus—it’s much easier. Ps:The bus ride is phenomenal—very beautiful views along the way and very cheap. The property is located on a hill and is naturally beautiful, surrounded by trees and birds whose songs make the atmosphere even more serene. It does get a bit cold at night, but it was the perfect kind of chilly—cozy and refreshing. Our room had an amazing view, making it even more special. The stay itself was perfect for our honeymoon: very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were amazing, especially one gentleman at the restaurant (I didn’t catch his name, but I want to mention him). He went above and beyond to help us and was incredibly sweet and warm-hearted—it really made our stay special. A small note: we noticed the pool looked a bit dirty, which some other reviews also mentioned. However, it was clarified in the pool area that they use natural spring water without chemicals, so this is expected and actually a great eco-friendly approach. But This hotel needs some love because this is a very nice place. Another small note: there were some insects, like cockroaches, but that’s expected when staying on a hill in the middle of nature surrounded by trees. Overall, this was a truly wonderful experience and a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!!
