Hotel Abadia Tradicional

We had 3 rooms; they had the basic, beds were comfortable, bathroom had the usual amenities, in one of the rooms the air conditioner was not working, and the hotel changed the room. 2 other rooms had a strong humid smell. Breakfast was not included in the price but was good. I'm sure that there has to be other rooms with better conditions than the one we had on the first floor. We asked if there was a business center available, but they don't have it. There is a person that works there by the name of Jose Luis that has an excellent customer service and constantly was trying to help with everything we needed. The waitress that served our breakfast the first day was very friendly and did a very good job, I'm sure her name is Gloria.

Hotel muy bonito, el servicio del capitán y recepción impecable. La alberca climatizada es una delicia!! Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Mejoraría el tener más espacios para estacionamiento o que a cualquier hora un Bell boy pueda llevar y traer el auto y no hacerlo uno mismo. La ropa de cama vieja y pondría una cobija extra.

Costo beneficio excelente, atención al huésped igual, mejoraría la calidad de Wifi y un poco el cuidado de habitación. El buffet dominical es a excelente precio y comida 😋. Podrían hacer uso de las terrazas o patios que tienen para desayunos especiales

Mala cama, el colchón chueco. Habitación pequeña. La regadera no funcionaba bien. El servicio de restaurante fue bueno pero la calidad de hotel es mala por este precio. No lo recomiendo, me parece qué hay mejores opciones en el area que son mejores
