The service was good as the staff were always keen to help. The location is at a walking distance to the Gale beach. However, there were flying ants keeping coming into the room, although hotel helped us to clean up for once.

My stay exceeded my expectations in terms of quality/price ratio.

L’hôtel est super beau et propre. Le personnel aimable et bienveillant. Une superbe place à 2 minutes, ont as était super contente 😊

Bon service et chambre élégante et récente. Petits reproches: pas de miroir grossissant dans la salle de bain, ni de peignoir de bain à disposition. Petits déjeuners corrects. Vous êtes à 10 min à pieds de la plage. Sinon un véhicule est indispensable pour bouger car le quartier est très calme.

Loved our stay so much we wish we could’ve extended it! We stayed as a family with our 1 year old and we’re in awe of this property. It’s extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms were huge, I recommend a view of the pool, we were in 304 and loved it. I also can’t get over how beautiful the pool is and the food truck snack bar is such a nice addition and fairly affordable with a wide offering such as pizza, ice cream, fries, nachos, wine, beer, cocktails…etc. The staff are also very hospitable, professional and we’re so kind during breakfast to our noisy and messy toddler. Carla at the front desk was a sweetheart and helped us switch rooms when we arrived. The breakfast is also very nice, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary mimosa bar which was the best way to start the day! If you’re considering this property, don’t look any further!

10 out of 10. Celebrated my partners birthday 🎂 it was great. Tatiana from front desk was lovely and Califa from the hotel restaurant was always smiling and very kind. It helped when some of the staff understood what I was saying. And a good shoutout to the head chef - he was always attentive and very professional. I’ll definitely visit again, the rooms were comfortable and I love the features on the door (housekeeping function). There was day where the pool had a chemical reaction so was unable to go in.

Disappointed with our stay. First, our room had lots of ants all over, was glad that we were able to switch rooms easily so definitely appreciated that. Second, the dinner we had on our first night was pretty bad. We were both very tired so didn't want to travel to get food and so settled for the hotel restaurant. My friend wasn't too hungry and really just wanted a salad. They didn't have an entree salad but also wouldn't allow her to order a couple of salad sides, forcing her to order an entree. Now it would've been fine if the food was actually good....I think I got the fish and it was the smallest portion and crappiest section you could possibly find...left extremely disappointed and will not return.
