コスタ ルヴィ ホテル(Costa Luvi Hotel - All Inclusive)

When making a reservation at this hotel, you have no guarantee that you will stay there. We booked the hotel a few months ago. 3 hours before flight of checking in at the airport, one of the mgr called that the hotel was closed. they moved us to a much worse location, worse rooms, terrible, it was much cheaper, luvi hotel or the boking website, no response, no compensation, ... no respect for customers, I'm very disappointed

We had a very nice stay. Staff so attentive and helpful. Room was clean and spotless guest relation guest relation was so helpful. It was a only 1 night but 0 will back for this summer again.

The staff, Deniz and Gurkan and others, were exceptional in providing for our easy check-in and check-out, and all our needs in between! They understood our desires for the three-night stay and helped arrange the best tours, events, and Flying Dress photo shoot with the "mandatory" hot air balloon ride over Cappodecia. The balloons were grounded for the first two days due to winds, and Deniz (through here contacts) ensured we were covered for a flight on the last day – on my wife’s birthday. All requests we made of her or Gurkan were fulfilled. We had a wonderful visit and highly recommend the Luvi Cave.

Scammers and very old and dirty hotel, they didn’t want to refund me my money 290 euro, after many negotiations they promised a refund with an email as a proof but no refund has been made no matter my calls and emails, i don’t recommend this hotel the rooms are dirty and the sheets have stains, they are not professional at all

Overall, you get what you paid for. We were looking for a cheap holiday and we got cheap hotel. Pros: Good location Close to the beach/pool/bar Beautiful grounds Friendly staff Food overall tastes OK Small hotel so it never feels crowded Cheap Lots of cats to pet ☺️ Cons: VERY limited choice for food and drink (to a point that they even don't have a list for available cocktails so you never know what you'll get when you ask for a cocktail) Got 3 packs of cigarettes stolen from my room (thank god I never left any money in my room) The food in the buffet don't have labels explaining what it is, so people with allergies might struggle Some rooms are a bit dated (lots of rust in bathroom, shower heads don't work properly) Very loud music by the pool (but this can be more of a preference thing)

Eğitimsiz misafir konaklatiyorlar.Dinlenme ,tatil kültürü olmayan insanlar maalesef ki çok su anda. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve guleryuzlu. En son olarak çalisanlara sabir diliyorum.

We had originally booked to stay at another hotel, but on arrival the hotel was so terrible that we had to book a new hotel to move to at very short notice. We were so pleased when we arrived at the Costa Luvi, the reception was clean and the grounds were beautiful. The Manager was extremely kind and helpful. We had two rooms booked, a double and a twin. The double was amazing, we could not fault it in any way, and had a lovely balcony that over looked the lovely clean pool. The twin was also very nice, and very clean. The bathrooms are very clean, with lovely hot water when showering. Our rooms were cleaned everyday with the maid waiting outside our door ready to come in when we went for breakfast. We had new fresh towels everyday and bins emptied everyday. We could not fault in anyway. The drinks at the pool bar were good, a little basic for an 'all inclusive', but still very nice all the same. The food was lovely. Very fresh and kept nice and warm, and salads nice and cold. Their desserts are amazing. The beach is literally minutes walk from the pool area, which is ideal to give you the option of sitting by the pool or on the beach. The pool is a little small, but was never overcrowded. But did lack sun loungers around it. We swam in the sea most days, which was clear and very clean. We had a 2:30am flight back to the UK, but check out was midday. Meaning a full day where we would be at a lose with nowhere to go. The Manager was so helpful and allowed us to keep one of our rooms until later in the day. He also allowed us to have full use of the facilities, food and drink until we left at 9pm that evening. He was really kind to us, we didn't get his name so cannot put it in this review. But if you read this, thank you so much. We had such an awful and traumatic start to our holiday, but you really did make our stay at Costa Luvi very comfortable and relaxing, and we would definitely stay there again.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my whole 26 years of living. This cannot even be a 51 star hotel. This is a hostel at best, it’s filthy, the food is worse than you could ever imagine, they do not change your garbage bags in the bathroom, even if they’re full, there was leftover soap from the previous clients on the bathroom sink, is the toilet brush and water were yellow, the sheets were all stained and filthy, I found a candy wrapping paper in the couch… As for amenities, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. There is no hairdryer. There is no kettle to make coffee. It says it’s all inclusive, but if you don’t have lunch between 12 and 2:30 you are left to starve until dinner. They said we could have a coffee break instead. The cleaning stuff and maintenance do not speak English and were as unhelpful as can be. When we arrived, the receptionist took us to the room and wanted to plug in the electricity card, but saw that there was one already plugged, so he started looking for any other clients in the room!!!!! He wasn’t sure if we entered someone’s room. This is insane. Also, the lights were flickering all night and the AC made a beeping sound. Never Go There It’s a scam.
