Excelente todo, las instalaciones, el diseño presente en todos los rincones del Hotel, la amabilidad del personal, todo demuestra la calidad del servicio 👍👍👍👍

Staff was really helpful and really nice.  But walls are paper thin , i could hear literally everything from my neighbours on each side and upstairs.  Couldn’t sleep at all , noise all time.  Upon calling to reception they tried to solve the solution but i guess neighbours felt ofended and kept doing it.

素敵なきれいなホテル、フレンドリーなスタッフ、独自の椅子とビーチパラソルのあるビーチのすぐそばにあるため、ビーチで食べ物や飲み物を飲むのに良い場所を得ることができます。市内中心部から遠く離れているので、島の残りの部分を見るにはタクシーが必要です

O hotel prima pelo bom atendimento, boas acomodações e localização excelente, percebi que estão fazendo reformas e creio que seja uma boa iniciativa, principalmente no sistema de água quente do chuveiro, tb percebi que uma repaginada na academia e sala de jogos seria uma ótima iniciativa. No mais, agradeço a toda equipe, prestativos, sorridentes, educados e gentis, eu diria que foi o que mais me chamou atenção.

Lo mejor es la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal en general. La ubicación es buena, pero el entorno es muy ruidoso. El sistema de reconocimiento facial necesario para poner en marcha el ascensor es bastante incómodo, sobre todo si lo usan varias personas a la vez No es un hotel independiente. Está ubicado en una especie de centro comercial y para desayunar tienes que darte un largo paseo hasta una confitería que hay a la entrada del centro. El desayuno no es muy variado. Puedes preparártelo tú mucho mejor si quieres utilizar la cocina compartida que hay en la última planta. Para mí esa cocina ha sido lo mejor del hotel.

Great stay and reasonable room! The cleaning was excellent and location was great. The gym weights were a little dated but it did the job.

Fomos na semana da Páscoa, hotel com ótima localização, limpo e muito agradável, já havia ficado hospedada com minha família nas férias, hotel muito bom com atendimento ótimo.

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

Hotel bom e bem localizado. Apenas atendimento precisa melhorar. Solicitei uma toalha pois estávamos em família e não tinha toalha para todos, porém falaram que iria levar e não levaram.

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.
