ゲゲストWe had a fabulous stay here with our one year kid, staff attitude towards us was very polite and very prompt service. The food was excellent and delicious. Hotel location is close to vivian mall and easy to reach. We would love to visit again

JJefferyNgThis hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

ゲゲストHotel located very close to our place of visit and commute was quick with easy availability of autos. Dx room was ok in all respects with all amenities available except slippers. Newspaper availability need to be ensured daily. Olivia restaurant breakfast spread was sufficient and food was good including live counter. Staff in all areas were helpful specially housekeeping and at reception. Hotel room, toilet, reception area and restaurant were clean. Overall, 3nights stay was good. Suggestion : it would be better if mattresses were harder for good body support.

ゲゲストAbsolutely professional. However, they charge 300% on mineral water. I understand that products at hospitality are under luxury category but it shouldn't be 300% because i know many multi star rated hotels that charge mrp & nothing above it. On enquiring about it at the reception of the hotel, i get a reply ”we pay 3 times for license as well” well that is investment that you make for your business. Don't force customer to bear it!

ゲゲストIt is a very old property, lot of repair work is required in every area , starting from mattresses to floor …room conditions are bad .
In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation

ゲゲストホテルは清潔感がありスタッフもとても感じが良かったです。
残念だったのはルームクリーニングを頼んだのにしてもらえていなかったのと、お水が有料だったこと。
でも、ルームサービスの値段も良心的で料理も美味しかったです。
