Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view but the window could not be opened.
The breakfast was very good with a good choice of different kind of food.
Unfortunately the pool area was under maintenance.

꽃꽃방울꽃뱀푸에블라 대형 쇼핑몰과 연결 되어 있어서 식사,쇼핑,숙박이 한번에 가능하다. 대형 쇼핑몰이라 보안 요원들이 많이 배치되어 있고, 호텔 1층에 가드가 상시 출입구를 지키고 있어 안전하다. 우버를 부를때도 좋다. 걸어서 10~15분 거리에 월마트가 있어서 무언가 필요하다면 이곳에서 살수있다. 대형 쇼핑몰과 붙어 있다는 장점 빼곤 딱히 좋은점은 없다. 호텔 직원들은 대부분 친절하나, 방음이 매우 취약하고 낮12시가 되면, 호텔내 객실 청소하는 소리와 사람들의 소음, 그리고 망치질 까지 ~ 편안하게 쉴수없다. 화징실은 대부분 노후화 되어있다. 호텔 내부에 있는 레스토랑은 추천하지 못하겠지만, 희안하게 룸서비스로 시키는 음식들은 양도 많고 맛도 나름 준수하다. 호텔 직원들은 주어진 범위 내에서 되도록 해결해 주려고 노력한다.

靠高速的房間稍吵。有的房間有味道。如果發現有味道的應該是廁所廚房導致的，及時聯繫前台更換，不要忍耐。

YYUEこのホテルの非常に良い印象、費用対効果が高く、メキシコシティ空港よりも良くて安い。さて、空港は乗り継ぎ便用です。メキシコシティ空港からプエブラへのバスがあります。バスを降りてホテルまでタクシーで行くのに10分かかります。交通はとても便利です。朝食は地元産ですが、スクランブルエッグとブロッコリーは中国のお腹にとても適しています。ははは果物はとても新鮮です。予約した部屋には朝食は含まれていません。私たちは朝にカードの代金を支払いました。ウェイターはとても上手ですが、英語はあまりありませんが、基本的なコミュニケーションはまだ問題ありません

GGeri Shaikhこれは、以前の滞在からの延長です。これは、価格に見合ったプエブラで最高のホテルの 1 つだと思います。客室は広く、小さなシンク、冷蔵庫、電子レンジを備えた部分的な簡易キッチンが備わっています。
ACはずっと機能し、冷たく、お湯と一緒に水圧は一貫して楽しかったです。ベッドはとても快適でした。他のすべてのアメニティは、飲料水、コーヒー、コーヒークッカーなどのプラスでした。
ホテルは快適な近所で歩いて行ける絶好のロケーションにあります。ホテルからタクシーに乗るのはとても簡単です。
このホテルに関するすべてが素晴らしかった。プエブラに滞在する間、死の日が進行している間、ここで3回延長しました。
このホテルを強くお勧めします。

RRobert JinThis hotel is in the best location in town- it is in the Zocalo and next to the church. There are so many shops and restaurants downstairs. The room is very large and clean.
On the downside, we were very surprised to find out our room has no windows. To an average US traveler, bedrooms are assumed to have windows, unless spelled out otherwise. I don't know this is due to a cultural difference. But this hotel is owned by IHG, which is a US-based, global hotel chain. I think they are held to a higher standard. We eventually paid a higher than advertised price for a windowed room. But the whole experience put a black mark on this otherwise great hotel.

SSaiprasaad GThe Courtyard Puebla Las Animas offers an exceptional stay, primarily defined by its majestic location. My room provided a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Volcano mountain, which was the absolute highlight—truly spectacular to wake up to.
Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

WwanderlustturtlesEl lugar esta muy limpio, cama cómoda, buena atención y cerca de todo. Todo esta muy muy bien pero me pareció muy mal que en la ducha los jabones que tienen son de botes de jabon para las manos! Creo que no cuesta nada tener un bote de shampoo y otro de jabon de cuerpo, sino da mala imagen por todo lo bueno del hotel.

BBeachBumHotel staff are really friendly at the front desk. But they don't honor our requests when we ask for things. Housekeeping forgets to give us things that we requested with simple things like towels, cups, and shower caps for hair. We asked the front desk to clean our room, we go out, and come back several hours later, and our room is still not clean. This has happened several times and we have to wait for our room to be cleaned after a long day out and about doing things. This is quite an expensive hotel to stay at each night and the things we request are not being given or done.
