The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The beach is clean. The vibe in the Hotel is very nice. The terrace’s view is beautiful. This is my third time here and I will for sure come back. Search for Jack when you’re there, he will set you up with many exciting activities.
We stayed here for a weekend beach break. What a wonderful hotel. A drink offered on arrival and some delicious cookies with a welcome note in our room. Excellent location, the most friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, delicious breakfasts. We were so pleased with our choice and would love to return.
Azka otel is a hotel from your dreams. The view from the balcony cost 1,000.000.dolars. As I was only foreigner guess in hotel and I didn't speak Turkish I m mostly thanks for cheef on beach bar Mr. Okan Aras who really appreciate and didn't hesitate to make my stay in Azka Fabulous there to enjoying.He is very professional, very kind person making all guesses feel friendly, happy and having their smiles . Of course including all young people on the beach fully with hospitality and making best Turkish caj and coffee. Last 3 days I felt I'm home in Azka. Hope visiting you agai Dears nice people, Okan, Hatidze, Arslan, Ydris, Denis.... sorry If i forgot anybody. Was pleasant be there with you. We were 2 families of 4 and we were not expecting a UK 5 star hotel, the location of the hotel is fabulous, 10 minute walk to all the restaurants by the beach and lots of shops. The hotel is clean and they cleaner go into your rooms everyday and provide clean towels and bottled water, make beds, however not much cleaning is done. The pool boy comes round to collect used cups & rubbish, he is friendly and a hard worker. There is plenty of sun loungers at both pools and we never had to get up early to reserve one. We found the food fine and always found something we liked. If you have a picky eater in your part the snack bar provides chips, chicken nuggets, burgers from 2pm. The bars have limited spirts available, however there was plenty of soft drinks and tea and coffee. The pools are clean, but didn’t witness them being cleaned. Music is played at then fun pool which has two slides. A lot of the staff need to learn how to smile as found them very miserable with the exception of a few who were friendly and tried speaking English to us.

All of the reception members were nice and kind and helpful all of them were kind and lovely they also helped us in some activity ideas and beaches and some placed we told them to call and they kindly did which was very nice of them to do. Definitely going to choose this place near the yalikavak marina like 23 min walking
We spent a long weekend here from the 16th October until 19th October 24. I chose this hotel due to it being adults only and its central location to bar street. The hotel is about an hours transfer away which was perfect for us. We arrived before check in time at 2pm so we were given a wrist band and left to have a look around and drink while we waited for our room. We were given a room at 2.30pm. We were shown to our room but wasn't given any information on meal times or wifi code etc so this area of customer service could be worked on as reception staff are a little rude the lady who must be one of the managers is lovely though really polite. Room was a little disappointed as it was very dusty and dirty so i went out and brought anti bac wipes and cleaned it myself however the room was very funky with an industrial vibe not keen on the loo being in with the shower though. Our loo seat was broken on arrival we reported it to reception and was sorted right away. Another let down of the room was that we had no hot water throughout our stay. Air con worked well and there is water and canned drinks in the room. We could hear the music from the pool at bedtime usually went off at 12 but could also hear the music from bars but we didn't mind as we still got to sleep. The meals work on a different system compared to most all inclusives in my opionion it doesnt really work as your meals come out a different times for example a waiter could come out with your partners meal and another tables meal and your left waiting for yours. The system needs a little more attention for it to work better but overall food is very tasty and of good size it is repetative as they never change the menu its the same for both lunch and evening meal. Breakfast you have to ask the servers for what you want its not help youself you only really do your toast yourself. All meals are by the pool so take a jacket as it gets cold. Entertainment by the pool for evening meal is a nice touch. There are alot of cats and i mean alot we like cats so not a problem for us and they do sit next to you at meal times, do not feed the kittens as the foods to rich for their tiny bellys, as alot were feeding them and they were suffering with toilet issues and it was heartbreaking. The pool area is really nice and the guys who worked on the bar were highly entertaining and funny. The beach area is like fine gravel which i prefered as it didn't stick to you the sea view is beautiful you can walk you can walk either side and its a nice walk there are plenty of sun loungers on beach only dow fall people leave alot of rubbish and cigarette ends. The grounds in which the rooms are situated are lovely reminds you of being in the jungle with all the greenery and the oak balconys. We used the starbucks alot they do nice coffees. There is an outdoor gym. If you like a lively atmosphere its the perfect hotel as its near all the shops and bars. This hotel could be great but it does need some work on certain
Loved our stay here at doria hotel.One of the finest of bodrum…the staff is really helpful and kind especially Mr.Lokman who helped us immensely and also packed us some food for our full day tours so we could manage everything well:)Would recommend this hotel for sure!The rooms are amazing and they have the best views.All in all one of the best experiences we had❤️

ゲゲストWe booked from the 15th-22nd Sept. 2023 for 2 rooms. When we arrived at the hotel at around 01:00 (16th Sept) our room is not ready and the hotel reception sent us to another hotel. The next day we were told to go back to our original hotel by 2. When we get at Asmin Hotel our room is not ready yet. I was really upset and angry because we are wasting our time waiting to check in instead of enjoying our day going around bodrum. We checked in almost 3 pm but only 1 room is available that time. This hotel is a mess based on our experienced. Customer service failed to accomodate us on the day we arrived. In fact we paid from the 15th of Sept but the room is not available on the early hours of 16th. Another bad experienced on our last day 22nd of Sept we went to a turkish bath/massage. My son left his bag with a big amount of money because he said its more safe than to bring with him in the massage place. He left his bag on top of the table knowing no one will come in because we did not put the sign to clean our room. When we got back at around 17:00 my son was preparing his things ready for tonight's flight. When he counted his money £260 was missing about 9,000 Lira. We kept on counting 5 times to double check but still the £260 is missing. We went to the reception and told them what had happened. The responced from them was very dissapointing. He told us why we did not put the money in a safety box. They even said that cleaner was working with them for so many years and this is the first time it happened. I told the manager that we are not going to complaint if there is nothing missing. Someone steal my son's money and only the cleaner have an access to our room. Another guest confirmed to me that the cleaner came in and out of our son's room which the money is missing. Another thing, when we got back my son found out that the door in their room is unlocked. The cleaner left the door unlocked. My son asked the manager to check the cctv and we can see that the cleaner went to our room. We been travelling to many countries but this is the first time we were robbed in our hotel room. We are confident that we are safe while staying in Asmin Hotel but its not what we are expecting. Instead of the manager to give us assurance to invistigate the case, she even told us that the cleaner is not stealing the money. How did she know? Of course whoever steal my son's money will not admit because in the first place there is no camera inside our room. My son was very upset because that money is from his hardwork. He called the tourist hotline and they sent 2 police officer around 19:00 hours. Luckily when the police arrived I was with the phone talking to my friend who speaks turkish. She became our translator as the police officer cannot speak english well. The result, the police is defending the hotel. The police even said that we looked after this hotel for 20 years but nothing happened like this. Of course they will protect the hotel because in the fi
ゲゲストI will start by saying we were three young(ish) girls travelling together and stayed for one night in the centre of Bodrum at the Akkan Luxury Hotel. We cannot recommend this enough as it can be hard to find somewhere where you feel safe and looked after. Can (The Hotel Manager) was quite simply THE most kind, courteous, attentive and accommodating host. He went above and beyond for us. He contacted us days before our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed and helped us find a place to park our rental car. On the day, he met us at the car, took our luggage straight from the car to our room and hopped on his scooter to guide us to the nearest car park. He then proceeded to help us book restaurants, recommended great places to shop and get the best deals. On checkout day, we had a late return flight, so he took our bags from our room into storage and offered us a courtesy room to shower and get changed before delivering our bags back to the car. During our drive to the airport my friend realised she had left one of her rings at the hotel and after a quick text to Can, he located the ring and said he would post it to her address. He is AMAZING and is an absolutely credit to this family-run business. The hotel itself is beautiful and is modern yet has an authentic feel. We were offered a free room upgrade but couldn't take it as we needed a triple room. Shame! We didn't need this however, as the room was beautiful, beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a great location next the Marina and a very short walk to all shops/bars. We felt very safe and we will definitely be back! THANK YOU CAN!
The hotel is clean, tidy and very well maintained The staff are lovely and friendly. Rooms are spacious and bright Parking is limited but they are very accommodating The views from one side of the hotel is a great view across the bay. Each suit has its own kitchenette and sofa bed.
