The 1st floor has 1,500 sq. ft of living space with an additional 1,500 in the finished lower level, perfect for family time, children, teenagers and adults. There is a 65 inch TV that connects to Sling TV for cable and Netflix. (Media & entertainment, board games, and movies.).The lower level also has a pullout full-sized bed and a 1/2 bathroom in addition to the three bedrooms on the 1st floor.
